KFC Paralowie

Didn't get what we ordered it confirmed what we have said about them the whole time. There and Salisbury are useless

Layout changed since last time I've been there (entrance moved to car park side), but overall I've had a good experience ordering. It appears to be a whole lot better than when I used to go there as a kid

Ordered on the app for pick up. Still took 20 mins to prepare when I got there 1/2 hour later.

The order screens were not working so I told the person at the counter they gave me and attitude. The workers in the back were throwing food at each other and when i was finally allowed to order after I paid they told me they didn’t have what I ordered

Wrong order handed over in drive through. Came all the home and realised. Went back and got my order. Came home and realised no extras in the burgers even though i paid for it.
Worst experience ever. Customer service is really bad.

Handing food over to insulated bagless food delivery drivers to keep it hot. If this was my food I'd be furious. #nobagnopickup

Not a fan of the lack of customer service now with screens to order and no one to provide service when required

Fast service even though there were a cast of thousands waiting. I love the order system where you place your order on the computer.not confusing to use at all.

I ordered the ultimate box, the delivery was good and it was still warm. But the chips weren't salted and the inside was really doughy and just did not taste like it was cooked properly and the chicken piece was really dry. I just wanted to sit down and enjoy it.

Arrived at store at 6.35pm, didn't get my order taken instore until 10 minutes later, no one else was ordering at counter. All staff were to occupied packing online or drive thru orders instead of serving customers wanting to order. They all apologise to online or EFTPOS paying customers for the wait but nothing to me for taking their time to take my order. Had to ask 3 times if someone could take my order. Usually go thru the drive thru, but line was too long with the new way the drive thru is set up. Customer service brings in the money that pays their wages but the staff just don't care and are so rude. Even the manager walked straight past the counter without acknowledging me at the counter or getting someone to serve. The first young female that said she would take my order handed the person she called out for their order then went back to packing more orders rather than serving the Customer waiting for service. If could give a zero or minus score I would as they don't deserve a 1, more like a -10.

Order was completely wrong, but staff member Don helped me out and made sure everything was in order. Without his help this review would have been pretty poor.

Simple way to order food on the Menu Touchscreens is so cool! Get to see full menu with ease. Nice area to sit comfortably with large windows making it a calm atmosphere. The food is great, absolutely top-notch. Big yum-yums all over. ️

I cruised through the drive thru a few weeks ago and was very pleased to be greeted by a friendly young man named Noah. He was well spoken and very polite. He didn't even judge me when I ordered a Family Feast only for me! This young man deserves a raise!

I just got my order a few min ago the burgers were so horrible and pack very badly as if they just thrown it and I asked to get me wicked wings and they said okay but put the boneless chicken which non of my kids love and the store was not busy as well so very upset about it.

Standard KFC fare and service. Nothing to write home about but then again, you know what you are going to get from the experience before you walk in. Staff were pleasant enough.

Bought some hot and spicy boneless and wicked wing. Never have I tasted such salty KFC before! They were inedible. You guys need to QC your products before selling to your customers as never have I experienced this from other KFC stores for the last 20 years!

Very poor service and 45 minutes wait from ordering my food on my app and waiting to reserving my food

This is probably the best KFC I have ever had. So crispy not oily. Thank you so much. Delicious

KFC Paralowie is currently undergoing renovations and an up grade to give diners and customers a better experience.
