50 Ordered $50 worth of KFC via Menulog. It took more than an hour and a half for it to get to my place less than 5km away.
I called to make sure it was still coming and that it would be fresh when it arrived and was given vague answers. I then politely asked if I could have a complimentary gravy for waiting almost 2 hours. A very modest request. It was denied.
Extremely disappointed with Munno Para KFC.
Slowest KFC I've ever been to. 3 orders in front of mine. Over 20m for 6 wings combo. Don't come here if you're on your lunch break looking for a quick bite. You could make it faster at home.
If you are going to advertise you are "open" till 1am then you should be cooking/serving till that time. Not clean the store and sit there on your phones for the last 20 to 25 odd mins of your disappointment when I got there on my way home from work at 12: 42 and your night staffwho I seen through the window was just on their phones and the store was locked and lights off. Easy fix is change your hours to when you turn the cooking equipment off. #itsnevertoolatefoechicken!
Very dirty, floors and tables, had to ask them to be wiped, pleasant but staff did not seem to know what they were doing
KFC is kfc lol. Nothing outstanding to comment about this place. Chips where disgusting but that happens from time to time.
Lov3 KFC if I could change one thing about going there it would be to cook the chips an extra minute they are always a bit soggy still
Not happy waiting 15 minutes inside the store, watching the girl open, close and reopen 3 other boxes moving items from box to box, to get home to find half our order is missing!
Sometimes good. Sometimes bad. Take aways are always wrong. Get home and there will be sauces missing, wrong order etc. Never had a correct order. Have stopped complaining, no point.
It was awful. The grease that bad, the chicken fell through the box, through the bag. I'm not exaggerating. Grease over my kitchen counter and car floor mat. They did offer to refund, I'll give them that.
Absolutely appalling customer service. I don't have an issue waiting in line, but a simple "won't be long" would be nice. Instead, staff just glared at customers waiting (line-up out the door), while walking aimlessly behind the counter when they could be taking orders. While finally making my order, staff seemed unfriendly and judgemental. This is a repeating issue.
