Great help from the manager as she helped us get our big order at a cheaper price as well at it was ready to go in 30 seconds.

Awesome place with great food and service! Definately going there again!
My food was steaming hot fresh out the oven, packed with care and very filling!

They need to lean how to cook there hot chips eventide I order any size chips they are always raw

KFC is one of the worst fast food restaurants I have ever been too. When I went to order the staff was rude and not very welcoming and the worst this is when we got our food not only did we get the wrong food some of the food had bites taken out of them. I will not be going back here again

KFC is not nearly as good as it was when called Tuckey Fried Chicken.

The batter has become more rubber like with next to no crunch, and the secret herbs and spices are sdo secret my taste buds couldn't detect their presence at all.

Not a good experience from this store for this meal.

Will I try KFC again, only if I'm starving and there's no other option, it's a trust thing.

Drove to first window and to be read incorrect order. After asking to halve the speech speed to finally confirm correct order. (Believed) Paid by card whilst she hung the eftpos out the window having a discussion with another staff member. Assumed ready to drive to second window, only to be read a third wrong order and asked to pay again? Chips had been microwaved and staff incompatent.again!

Third time I have had missing items from this particular KFC, unsure if pure acidental each time or if staff are incompetent but im tired of paying for things i dont recieve. I wont be back to this KFC again.

Not at all impressed. Made a simple order through door dash.once delivered we realised 3 main items were missing which meant two of our children missed out on their meals. Trying to explain this to children is a mission in itself. Rang the store and they said it's not their problem, they threw the blame onto door dash even theoigh KFC hands over a sealed bag to the delivery drivers. The poor lady at door dash then had to deal with this even though it was not her fault. Disgusting
service.

Usual great service chicken well done only the rolls in pack as they were years ago no so nice otherwise all good

Much much better than the kilburn store. Rating is based on other kfc stores rather than against other restaurants.

Just want to say thank you to Olivia, had to call and make an edit on my menu log order and she was so thorough communicating it to the staff keeping me on the phone so I was aware everyone knew my changes.

Waited ages to get service, and the staff all knew I was waiting because they all avoided making eye contact, all the attention was on the Drive through

This KFC store obviously does not believe in providing feedback in relation to student applications for employment. My grandson applied for a a part time job after school. He was told he would hear back in a few days. It has now been over a month. Bad practice KFC. Our kids are the future.

I write this as I am in the line for reference. Waited over 30 minutes just to order and still waiting. I understand technical difficulties but I can see the order staff are just standing there looking at me. I finally get to that window and they say to go to the final window to order and pay. Ok no worries but go and help them down there. You don’t need 3 people to tell people. Very disappointed at the service today and I can tell I’m not the only one as people are getting quite aggravated in their own cars and beeping horns!

Went to Playford KFC got a Zinger box had bite mark in my burger, came here had the fattest feast of my life

I always get a 21 pc bucket, out of 10 I give them a 1, they don't know how to count to 21, I get sometimes 19 or 20 I sick of ringing up and complaining to them, tonight I have been trying to ring them, they won't answer the pH, I won't be going back there anymore no good.

Service is bad and you get stuck in the drive through for alteast 30 minutes whitch is annoying when you need to be somewhere

After last night's fiasco they fixed it up tonight I thank the manager very much relent service

Only 1 to 2 cars in drive through, yet it takes them ages to take order from speaker and I have been there with no cars and just as bad infact waited and waited to be served then a car drives up on opposite side and gets served. I am sure they are mucking around instead of serving

Manager was great, ran out of something so sorted it out with some extra chicken and no hassles. Top bloke
