Service downright appalling six minute wait ends in a twenty minute wait and staff being rude and ignorant including management being dismissive

There were no half star measures

I order on Uber and waited 10 minutes Wich I thought was great! Until I got my order it was nothing like what I had ordered.it was cold and the food was so dry, I ordered again and waited 45 minutes now.the Uber stayed in the car park and canceled my order as for the food they could if told me they ran out of bacon.

Sick and tired of not getting my full order, today I'm missing 600 ml drink and coleslaw, I was in a hurray, I shouldn't have to check, thus shop is no longer considered fast food, it takes them ages to prepare orders

Worst KFC in the Northern Suburbs. Dirty shop, which has just been newly renovated. Slack customer service. Dried out, greasy food, service was terrible. Never to return

? Always got leaves and stuff on the entrance carpet? Smells like a grease pit, only go in there to use the loo.

The food was great but the customer service was so bad. Terrible management. I will not be coming back here.

No one seemed to know what they were doing, multiple mistakes were made, we were treated with awful attitude by staff, zero apology for the mistakes.

Nathan! The Manager is a legend. Very friendly and cooperative staff. The best KFC in the north, food can't be different at KFC but the staff must be. Nathan! You deserve it mate

Absolutely disgusted with service & food from my recent experience here. Horrified at how low standards are at this store. Will never order food from here again after the dreadful food, not receiving what was paid for, then the blatant lies, rudeness & disrespect I received upon complaining. Poor excuse of a business in my opinion, extremely shameful. When you order & pay for items you should receive them, not be told condescendingly that you didn't order them & the reason why an upsized 3 piece feed, additional chips, potato & gravy & gravy costs $45 is due to "late night pricing. " Customer service at this location is non existent, certainly don't expect to receive what you order & pay for.

Tell us to wait in the parking bay for chips for 10mins and just left us there waiting no one ever came had to go in and ask where our order was. It was just sitting on the counter they forgot.

I ordered my family's food and was politelly told there would be a wait which I said was fine, however the wait time came and went so I went in. I was met with what seemed like a couldn't careless attitude. When I got home my twister was not wrapped properly and nearly ended up on the floor and all the chips were cold. I understand that it is a holiday however it is not appropriate to not wrap items properly just because a customer has enquired about their meals.

Just went thru the drive thru it wasn't busy in tge drive tgeu or in the restaurant, I drive home to find I don't have my large potato and gravy and I'm not sure what they have done to seasoning as there seemed to be none the skin on the chicken was tasteless and just didn't look right, won't be going back

Unfortunately I don't like leaving bad reviews. But our chicken was more than deep fried full of fat chicken meat was hard. The service was ordinary I know kids will be kids but to much mucking around for the whole time was a bit much.

Just got 3 meals. Speaker wasn't working properly, so had to finish order at the first window. Finished my order and the person at the window said "next window" and immediately turned around. Got to the last window and had to point out I didn't get my drinks. Got home and the chips were wrong and they gave me completely different sauces than requested. Really poor service and unprofessional behaviour whilst watching the team finalising orders. Will avoid in future.

Update: Stupidly keep going here because it's near home. Usually get the same two meals with one variation which is the sauces included in one of the meals. Doesn't matter about time of day or drive thru/ in store they mess it up nearly every time. Either the wrong sauce or no sauce even though the sauce in the order shows up on the screen. Safe to assume there's a training, supervision and management issue at this store considering the basic errors made at this store repeatedly.

Well munno KFC You win at being the absolute worst outlet in SA, undercooked chips and chicken still raw in the center of some pieces, i litrally had to re cook all of it when i got home as judging by the staff and their attitude complaining would have been a waste of time. I will never buy from this store again and you have shamed all other outlets and their hard work, well done.

Went to kfc at munno para this around about 10.30.am i was the second car in the drive through. And placed my order i had to repeat my self again to the guy that took my order. And then he asked me again. I jut could not believe it how hard is it to take a order when there was only to car, s in the drive through i just did not want to repeat my my self again so when I didn't repeat my order again the next thing was just drive up to the first counter. I think all staff need to have a hearing test.because.it was frustrating. To have to repeat over and over again. Bad service and I mean bad, bad if I could give it a star it would be 3x lower than what they put up i could not give them any stars.

Went thru on a Friday night, assuming will have to wait a while for drive thru.
My boyfriend turned into KFC, got in the waiting lane on the inside, behind other cars and we saw one, two, three, four &five cars in the outside line snake us and get to order box, pay, get order and leave and we r still stuck waiting in line for almost three quarters of an hour in the same place! The line didn't move at all and the people walking around outside were of questionable integrity so we had to lock the doors and roll up the windows to be safe.
Maybe KFC needs to put cameras facing the drive thru for safety of patrons and to ensure the line is moving in an order that's more fair.
Chicken was delicious.

I asked for a supercharged slider and got a barbecue slider, i am very disappointed and this has ruined my night although the chippies were quite nice

I got a 21 pieces pack delivered, NOT one leg was put in the box, mainly all small in size wings! I'm disgusted with whoever packed this order!

25 minutes waiting for 2 go buckets and a freeze got a refund and walked out. Will never return to this so called fast food place again. One star is because you have to put this in. Pathetic!
