Mostly good prompt service and fresh cooked chips. When there was a mistake with my order they were quick to resolve issue with store credit.

One of the better kfc’s in Adelaide tbh, they had the best krushers fr.chips still go really bad after maybe 15 seconds.

Place is under new management that is poorly lacking. Bring Niki back. She may have been a tyrant to staff and some customers out of place, but she kept a high standard that is lacking now. 5 orders in a row messed up. Chicken running out with10min wait at 12pm.
Not good. Then rude attitude on complaining. Written complaint to Collins Foods coming in post.

First off I'm sad that I had to put a one star as I do enjoy KFC as a treat from time to time. So a couple of issues I had today was when I had gotten my order I had to go back to get my drinks as they had forgotten. Also no tray was given to take the food had to juggle with four orders. Now with the drinks trying to get someone's attention was interesting I called out to the women behind the counter a few times second time I did call out the Young man serving the drive through looked right at me and said nothing not even asking if there was something he can help me with or to the women that was two feet from him.hahaha fourth time lucky she had turned around and helped me with the drinks. I'm sorry that I gave them a one star but I must say that the staff were friendly and helpful and I really trying.

Very slow long time to go through drive-thru tiny to work faster as even sitting near the window took 15 minutes after we had placed the order 10 minutes earlier

Waited 12 minutes for 2 frozen pepsi’s. Were hardly busy (especially for a Saturday.) DT has shocking capacity and so came in side (after we waited just to get past the DT line.)
Restaurant manager was working - how can you be comfortable with this service. Absolutely appalling customer service, and shift management. I will not be returning.
We had ordered pizza and by the time we were able to get our frozen pepsi’s our pizzas were cold - ruined dinner after a long day at work.

Think a bit about a customers experience and how you can positively impact it. Could have been easily fixed by having someone get drinks after taking orders rather than changing bins. I dont know how the restaurant manager has made it to this position but she really shouldn’t be.

The perfect stop after a busy shop and no energy to cook. Still the best and morish food choices, and value for yr buck. Drive through and you can order in your slippers!

Plenty of staff, don't seem to have any sense of urgency. Regularly has a line up but even when it doesn't it takes a long time to get your food I love KFC but the staff at this store seriously need the whip cracked.

The popcorn chicken was bit dry. Don't bother lining up in the drive thru, it takes about 20mins to even get close to the ordering window. Just go inside and pray they care about serving you in a timely manner.

Been here 40 minutes and still haven't gotten my stuff.

I waited for until itd been an hour and then got a refund. This has been the biggest waste of time in my life

Missing a few popcorn chicken in this box. Frozen drink wasn't full either. Was also refused a receipt as "their printer wasn't working".
However, the food was fresh and tasty

Food was great, although one of the staff members kidnapped my son and feed me him deep fried, kinda emotionally scaring but delicious.

The chicken was good. But the staff was careless! We ordered 15 chicken wings, but there were 13 in the box. And we just found out after getting back home. That’s not good.

I ask for extra salt on the chips, I get zero salt? They must be deaf or they do this on purpose? I do not remember the last time I was able to eat my kfc chips! Over it!

They always stuff up the order.putting wrong sauce on the burger or can't count nuggets correctly.and I takes forever to be served.

INFACT, I ORDERED A FROZEN DRINK INSTEAD OF A REGULAR DRINK WITH MY BOX, SO I SAVED YOU! MONEY.

I AM NEVER COMING BACK HERE AGAIN, UNLESS ITS TO EAT HUNGRY JACKS HAHAHAHAHAHAHKSKCSKCSCKCKSC

Nice staff, wait time can be long when there are many people. That's to be expected though. Order the zinger slider box, was really nice. All freshly cooked

Absolutely disgusting not only was the chicken completely tasteless the staff were extremely in professional not only were they talking but loudly laughing and mucking about never coming back again

I always visit KFC whenever I'm at Marion. I find the staff to be very friendly. The place is always clean and tidy.

Once again have to sing thr praises of this store. Busy period, still served promptly and with a smile. Keep up the excellent work, you're definitely the best KFC in the state!
