KFC Marion

The KFC is large, clean with lots of seating, the staff member who served me was great, food was fast, I barely got time to sit down, and it was fresh, crunchy and delicious.
One of the best KFC I've been to.

Burgers were awesome! Chips were doggy and couldn't get him out of the packaging and more disappointing was the fact that we were not supplied with serviettes or utensils.

Served by Zak and Jordan on Saturday night 18/09. Best experience ever at a drive thru. Were super helpful and friendly the whole time. Would recommend. Thanks guys, will be back.

Not a good service, unprofessional staff, made me waiting more than 1 hour and even didn't apologise!

Poor/old food, worse attitude & it was their mistake in the first place. Hahaha

Awesome KFC! The workers are very nice and always get the order right. Food is fresh and at a good size. It gets out very fast aswell.

I pre-order online then collect, no one ever checks to see if I'm the actual rightful customer of said order. Food is fine, haven't had any issues.

They did awesome tonight. It's a very busy mothersday, they had a huge lineup outside and a huge lineup inside and they got everyone served very fast considering everything. It's my usual kfc and they have earned this 5 star review

Convenient location when passing by, esp.with the drive thru if you're heading west.
Drive thru: if packed, you'll get faster service parking and heading in.
Dine-in: if packed, order on the app and you'll beat the line.

Always check your order before you leave. Multiple times have had to go back because items were missing i.e. Wings, chips, burgers. Food quality is fine though

Drive thru is hard to get into when it's rush hour.
But good quick service once you get in.

Yummy, fresh, hot popcorn chicken and chips. Very clean premises and friendly staff. A few tables to sit outside

Not good at all chicken is over cooked stale an dry chips warm only I've tried a few times an each time disappointed now I don't want to try again money wasted!

After ordering and waiting for 10 minutes for a combo meal, I had to ask promptly while staff played around with clients where's my meal, after a few minutes I received a cold burger, no happy KFC, not good enough

Chicken was burnt and tasteless what there was of it forgot the drink for the meal no extra salt that was asked for and the chips were soggy

Good service. Reasonably quick considering the place was packed through drive thru and in store.

Nothing wrong with the food or service. Had to sit outside as inside was full which was fine but tables outside were soo dirty.

Giving one star rating for this incident which happened on 04Aug2020 at 11: 52am. Ordered 4 sets of takeaway Fill Up Hot & Spicy Box. The waiting time was reasonable, less than 10 minutes. Checked one of the boxes and noted it was in order. However, when arrived home, found out that the wicked wings which are meant to be included in the meal were missing in two of the four boxes. Not satisfied with their negligence but glad that my special request for drumsticks and thighs were fulfilled. Hope they can be more careful in handling the orders in future.
