Was passing through. Bought 5 chicken fillets. Service was very quick and the food really quite nice.

Quality of food quite good as it normally is but having to go back to the counter for spoon straw and napkin a small disappointment.
I get they are busy regularly but having the toilets looked and an hour wait for food is no good
Custom bucket for delivery. $68.00 + $8.95 1.1km door to door Sat night @ 6: 00pm.
Chips not cooked through. 18 nuggets ordered and paid for, 6 arrive and no sauces (ordered and paid for 3). Sauces are the essential other half of the nuggets.
X9 chicken pieces a few fresh and most clearly old, refried and dark, all dripping in grease and just a big, lazy FU by Marion KFC.
Order and pick up from there very frequently, no issues previously, whatsoever.
Call the store not expecting any issues. Shift manager advised that I can pay to have sauces delivered ($8.95), and that I must attend the store with garbage food for proof, and I can’t prove about the absent 12 nuggets.
Offers a store credit for the sauces. I actually thought he was making a juke at first. So rude, aggressive and not properly trained or able to handle simple issue with botched order and refused to provide store email or name of store manager (not Karen).
MARION KFC WE COULD HAVE GONE TO A NICE RESTAURANT / CAFE AT GLENELG WITH MAIN MEALS, SOFT DRINKS, COFFEE AND CAKE WITH PROPER TABLE SERVICE TONIGHT.
Not good enough. Maybe a bad night in your kitchen, but then pour on the anti customer resolution and delivery up of expensive items and refusal to provide any details requested to have the matter resolved.

It's KFC, so what can I say that hasn't already been said? Not a big eat-in area, car parking is fine.
Used the app for the first time. Worked seamlessly. And the chips were perfect which is most important part.
Terrible oily chicken. That manky all the coating comes off. Cold chips. Things missing from big orders. Always bad wait times or out of chicken or waiting for something. Not worth the hassle.
What the actual? This is what I have to say about 80% of the time I go past this place. One night on a Saturday friends and I decided to get some dirty bird for dinner around 8pm, only to noticed the insane amount of cars lined up in drive thru. I decided to order online as it was just as packed inside while friends went up to the counter.
Waited for nearly an hour as people came and went well after I ordered, and friends who ordered at the counter got theres way before me. And then when I finally got my order it was all wrong so I had to wait even more and they still got it wrong.
Honestly I would not recommend going unless you are desperate for that zinger stacker box.
Used the app 2x go buckets. 1x kids popcorn meal.went in the store and had to tell them about the order. The front of house had their freends come into the store and order only to see them get a drink ahead of everyone else, waited 27min to get the food only to get home and have it cold and 1 go bucket was half empty, and no kids meal just 3 go buckets.went there 3 weeks prior and did a order online and had to tell them about the order.and Stephenie the manager was rude and standoffish and had to reminder her twice to get my order.the store was dirty rubbish everywhere no cleaning no pride in keeping it clean, i understand it was busy but no excuse for the way i was treated or the quality of the food.
Very disappointing had to paid extra on top for an order when order came it was incorrect and food was cold the service was rude and disrespectful do not eat there wouldn't recommend it
No chicken for 11 minutes. Had already been waiting 20. By the time I got my meal it was nearly 55 minutes. Unbelievable. All you do is chicken. I could understand the long wait if I ordered a pizza. Absolutely terrible. Will never be back here. Red rooster from now on.
Would rate lower if possible. Low quality food, don’t answer when you try to call and half of order missing. Pathetic. Avoid at all costs. Even if you’re other option is to starve, choose that instead.
Service was very slow.waited nearly 20 minutes for my order to be made.resturant was unclean tables and floors were filthy.
Ordered online and came to pick up inside 'cause too many cars going drive through at the same time. Waited for nearly an hour and ppl came long after me got the food except me. My name was on the ready list and then disappeared with no reasons. Asked about that and was not answered at all. Just kept me waiting and waiting. Really the worst KFC service in Adelaide. Not recommend going.
Foods sometimes good, usually made poorly (wraps come undone the moment you open then, almost no chicken in salad bowls, chips barely warm) also the drive through is terrible, can barely fit two cars in and the line is huge in 2 directions in the carpark all trying to merge into one lane (lots of cutting in line) only go as it's the closest thing. Would rather drive to Glenelg for better food if petrol wasn't so expensive
Every time I go my order is wrong, ordered 6 chicken wings, got some strange lumps of chicken with spicy coating.lesson learned.
