67I love this KFC! The food is consistently good and the staff are even better. They are always friendly, try to accommodate your wishes and are prompt with the order. Plus the app just makes everything so much easier.
Chips are always cold, old and soggy with hardly any salt no matter how many times I ask for fresh chips and never any napkins or finger wipes.
The food usually tastes 'fowl' but I guess that's to be expected at a chicken shop. Apparently Bill Shorten usually visits when he's in town as he loves a good Zinger.
I made my order using its app. Once at home I found there were some products missing. When I tried to use the same app to complain, it did not work.
It's kfc️ not a 5 star restaurant. But I'm always happy with their food. They're actually cheaper than McDonalds now. Add more variety of drinks, and desserts, but not at ridiculous prices, and Il add more stars. Otherwise, quite happy.
Always have to wait here, you would think they would have improved by now.
Edit 29 August 5 pm on a thursday drive through order. Had to wait 15 minutes at the drive thru, service is clearly lacking, get your act together.
Usually good. Last night however chicken was dry and chips hard. Was really looking forward to a yummy meal. Ordered zinger but got original.
All I wanted was a couple of super charged sliders.
First of all got our order wrong, then argued and said I didn’t order supercharged.well I did.because it’s literally the only thing I ever get from KFC.
Finally got my supercharged sliders and got served old sliders with supercharged sauce only in a corner of 2 out of 4.
Rude manager, rude service, disappointing food.
How can you mess up a slider. HOW?
Won’t be coming here for my favourite sliders anymore.
Maybe 2.5 stars? The burgers and popcorn chicken are fine, the speed is good, chicken tender is a bit salty. But I have never eaten worse potato paste (very like dust flavour) anywhere else.
They always forget to give me spoon that annoying cz how Can I have my mousse and potato gravy? Fingers it? And no tissue and wipe thanks
Fed up with the meals. I get chicken tenders in a meal which cost me 11 bucks & they are more like chicken bits. You can tell but this pic how small it is shocking & all KFC s seem to be like this. MAD customer
It's an okay KFC. The staff are friendly.
There can be a long wait in the drive thru at peak trade times.
Wheelchair access and parking is available.
Also public amenities too.
Bit disappointed that i couldnt get the 9 pieces for 9.95 on Tuesday cos the zinger was on special
I usually use drive-thru on my way to work. Staff are always friendly, service is fast, and my food is ready as soon as I get to the window!
This location has improved somewhat over the last 18 months. Still, always check your order to ensure it's all there.
Although small mistakes every now and then, a real descent kfc. They seem to change oil often. Good customer service, half way home noticed order wasn't correct. They swapped everything over so it was all still hot.
Bad service, we were 5 people waiting, as one staff was busy with a disabled lady, there were so many staffs nearby but didn't open another counter.
Walked into the store, took 5 minutes to be served and 10 minutes to get the food. One person on the service desk trying to serve 10 people. Well done KFC!
Service was slow and the manager was more interested in being out in the dinning area trying to chat up younger girls than in the servery reducing the large number of people waiting for service
