New reno is good, ordering is simpler and more convenient. You still must always check your order. Consistently they forget to put something in. I don't think they have a process yet to check orders before customer handover, or if they do, they don't do it.

Keep missing item from our orders. This time the potato gravy which is quite a big item, from online order. One time they miss a whole box of 8 pieces of chicken, while ordering from the counter! I guess it's how they make profit, or they forgot where they put their brain

Way Too much salt on Chips! But they did give me a couple of dipping sauces, cause I could'nt remember which chilli sauce, I liked.

Waited 25 minutes for chicken tender bucket which I never received! After 10 minutes I was told it wouldn’t be long…. Had to cancel as I only had half an hour for lunch. Never again.

Restaurant is always busy and customer service is always friendly and efficient. Food is fresh and hot. I would go again.

We don’t like the service in drive thru. The girl (AMANDA) said we don’t have anything you asking and I asked her and she didn’t explain well. Very frustrating she didn’t even give drinks we have to asked for drinks.

Ordered original when I went to the window it was wicked wings. They soon rectified the mistake with no fuss. I like KFC don't have it often, too expensive. Bring back 10 pieces Tues or any other day. I'll buy it more often.

I won't be eating from here ever again unless you actually make the food fresh instead of selling people the food that has been sitting out all day, my partner has food poisoning all because your workers are carless and lazy and don't put in fresh food, I'll be getting a full refund tomorrow for this inconvenience and I hope to god no one else has gotten sick!

I've known this is the best KFC in South Australia for years now, but recently I've been doing some traveling and have decided it's the best KFC in the country and probably the southern hemisphere.

Thank you for not acknowledging me in the long wait at the counter. I concede it was the peak period. Every one was trying their best.
But i went home and made a great meal. Saved money. No KFC urge for
another month! @

Food is usually good here but service and staff tempers are pretty bad. Usually have missing wings or missing drinks when i get my order. Staff can have bad attitude at times and work very sloppily.

They NEVER get the order right, every time we have got our meal pieces are missing or incorrect from the receipt. Food is decent but we have lost a lot of money on meals being a smaller size than ordered or missing items completely.
Last meal we ordered a zinger box and large popcorn chicken and received a small popcorn chicken and a box with a burger that consisted of a piece of chicken and a slice of lettuce between soggy buns, with the rest. The receipt read exactly what we had ordered so we had over paid for what we got.

It's a KFC, does what it needs to do. I have awarded three stars because I thought my server was doing a good job under the conditions. My companion on the other hand believed there was a lack of eye contact and enthusiasm delivered in the exchange.
