Just got home with the worst kfc Just looking at the chicken pieces saturated in thick dark oil put me off

Luck of the draw. I’ve had some fantastic KFC feeds here, and some very unfortunate ones too. Sometimes very fresh, sometimes evidently been sitting there for hours.

We always placed our orders via app and pick up through drive through. The wait line via drive through is slow at times. Love KFC, but the food can be a mixed match. We ordered a number of thing yesterday but they chuck everything in one small bag. By the time we arrived home - within 5 mins, our wraps, burger, gravy were all wet as they placed them on the side.

My daughter ordered 2 chips, 1 popcorn chicken, small nuggets and 2 drinks for dinner but 1 chip was missing. Very disappointed. Not worth to come back.

Very polite and professional service thru the drive thru, my bad to not ask for napkins and, wipes or a utensil to eat my mash potato or coleslaw. Chips and chicken was great. Zinger burger is uneaten. Old bitter lettuce, dry chicken and a dob of Mayo.stars.

Worst experience ever, bunch of teenage workers swearing in the back, soggy chicken, workers giving out free food to their public friends climbing on countertop, never going back again. Worst experience ever

Slowesr service in SA. Everyone behind us got their orders first. The frozen pepsi was defrosted by the time all the order came and the chips were stone cold. Avoid this location.

What shall anybody do even when the managers are kids
Who are incharge of mistreating adults n still go ahead start racially profiling show all kinds of disrespect
These are mainly
Bree / Hayden so to say manager
Then there are minors working there who enjoy discriminating
All you can do is get assaulted every time

Love new renovations, and contact less system (covid19 friendly). The food unfortunately still same $€#@. It's like someone put it in bag and shook it before handover to me. Some things never change.

Chicken was extremely soggy and box was just layered with oil that leaked through their box.
Service was great though. With staff being patient and friendly.

Take it or regret it; 4 and 5 stars genuinely find Marden kfc bribed customers for this review or had workers review it.

The most crucial info is the food safety as I watched them produce burgers with out wearing gloves and pick up bread from the floor to use it again.ordered a zinger burger meal with a couple sauces, they made it into something that came out of Jumanji sauce all over the burger such a simple and basic job. Service was extremely exaggerating and poor as the scene was that I had to ask again since this stores kfc doesn’t fix its audio and so their staff had a sort of annoyed speaking tone against me as a kfc customer. Of course, can’t leave out the two tiny spicy chicken which is a total waste of money.

KFC chicken has been soggy everytime bought any tenders or fried chicken pieces or bucket.only the burgers are better than anything.chips not crispy as well.not sure how people this anymore

Purchased the fill up box on the kiosk did not let you add the drink for $1.50 asked at counter they could do nothing this needs to be fixed

Don't get me wrong the foods good but please put big orders into more than one bag, was handed a bag through the drive through window and it tore as it was handed to me and food spilled in my car and now I have to get it cleaned.

Went here for lunch, absolutely terrible! They no longer serve you at the counter and when my workmate and I went to order on the self serve machines THE COST WAS $5 more! He went to the counter and got it at the correct price but the staff did not care and goodness knows how long they have been ripping off customers just because they want you to order off a machine!
To also add: they didnt even have the whole menu on the machine! I could not get the wrap I wanted…. Extremely frustrating and will not be going to this KFC again.

Waited in drive through for over 15 minutes without moving. Nobody can out to explain why the line wasn't moving. Gave up and went elsewhere.

The stuff not allowed the customer choice the part of original chicken. I never have the same problem in other store only happen in this store and very bad service. Never go back again.

Very happy with our meal; however frustrated we had to remind them to supply a spoon for the potato and gravy, which seems to be an ongoing issue with lots of KFC stores.

No good customer service. Asked for three times and waited for half an hour for our food didnot listen to us.

Staff are friendly and prompt. I wish that the menu board was easier to understand, can get a bit confusing for everyone if making alterations.
