KFC Kilburn

Food is to be as expected but disappointed in the wait time. They should tell car to make up and wait for meals to allow quick orders in and out

Got a zinger box up sized, burger was nice and chips were great cooked well, crunchy outside soft inside. The wicked wings were big however they had no bite to them at all, overall thought I'd go back again if I'm in the area.

Ordered there on occasions. While majority of the time they are good. Larger orders quite often are missing items. It is easily rectified but the frustration of driving back and forth is a bit annoying. Overall not much different from every other KFC around

I am overly distraught and disgusted by this poor and unhelpful customer service. A young man named Admir served me 5 minutes after I started lining up using unenthusiastic tone making me feel unwelcome at KFC. I order a regular zinger box with a replacement of regular fries instead of the potato and gravy and requested 3 tender pieces as there was a 10 minute wait on wicket wings. I received the potato and gravy (that I didn’t want) and instead of the tenders I got 2, yep 2 pieces of original chicken that were soggy and cold. This is why you stop giving new employees the answers to the training courses because they stop people like me from returning! Horrible service, never again.

Bought 3x one boxes and all 3 boxes were missing original piece of chicken.
Missing food happens a fair bit here. Disappointing.

People cant take an order or get it correct but fresh and good taste. No service on tables, no eating utensils in 1/2 meals served and not just my order. Oh yes can guve you a tray to take your order to the table even when that are there the counter.
Some much needed training required for good old customer service

The waiting time for a small order is just ridiculous. The few staff are trying their best, but their are obviously understaffed.

Never com back here mate, 2nd time i had a bad meal in this store. Look like they using the old oil to cook the chicken, the skin is darker than other store and taste really bad

Sorry but will never buy from this store again. One not so good meal Ok can understand having an off day but another purchase where the chicken & chips had been way over cooked. In fact they looked and tasted as if they had been cooked several times. Cicken & chips hard and inedible.

Chips soggy Brown, overcooked, chicken Was grease on bone. Lift your game, Welland store Has it right and always lovely fresh there. Go for Orientation there.

Nice clean restaurant that I've been to. Food is always fresh, I reckon they need more workers though, seem kinda slow, busy or quite.

I ordered original recipe but they gave me very small chicken. Very unhappy with their service.

KFC chips seem to be under cooked.
I do enjoy KFC chips but only when they cook they for a longer duration of time.
I asked this KFC outlet to cook the chips for a longer duration of time they seemed happy to do so last week but now they refuse to do so. I am extremely disappointed with this and will not return to this KFC.

Very bad experience in this store. The staff doesnt know what he is doing. Ordered a few stuff but when i got the order couple of stuffs were missing. Have to go back to the counter and ask for it.

Easter Sunday an absolute disgrace. Chips put on the bottom of the bag, with box of chicken with no paper on the bottom, on top so chips compacted like bricks! Waited for chips no salt (soggy) Should have been fresh & hot, then had to wait for chicken! Burger cold, Box fell apart soaked in grease & everything else dripping in grease. Ruined Easter lunch $33.50 joke + Counter dirty & floor sticky YUK!

I am in shock to see a kfc female worker long red hair give her friend free food and then in front of paying customers refill her friends chips for free in the samd cup
and give her free chocolate mouse! Is Wednesday nite free freebie nite at Kfc churchill rd? The store needs a good clean floor needs a good mop and the chicken was burnt coudnt even eat it.
Colonel Sanders would be disgusted!

Regularly forget items in your meal. Sauces are never given unless you ask.

Most recent visit, 11: 30pm, feeding 5, all chips boxes were 3/4 full, no sauces given, twisters were nothing more than a few tenders with some lettuce and way too much sauce drowning the flavour.

Absolutely disgusting service, no manners from the girl serving. Time to boycott this place again.

Did not receive potato and gravy with order last night so went back and got it and then got home and realised no popcorn chicken with meal. Have the ocassional KFC blowout and the order has been missing product from this restaurant, never complained before but it's time now.

Unfortunately a staff member is somewhat questionable.
I do not recommend you visit this KFC.
I recommend Senior Management review the business practices of this Store.

Nice normal KFC, could do with some more efficient seating I guess but it's never particularly busy.
