KFC Kilburn

This place a shocker, worst KFC in Adelaide. Customer Services is awful, delivery drivers are thieves, food is always soggy and wet.

We ordered from drive through, and when we got home we found our hot spicy chicken was missing. So had to go back again to pick up our replacement order. When we called them, the customer service was helpful, no problem to pick up the replacement. But still not happy with the service we received at the first place. Friendly reminder: please check your order before you leave

We ordered a chicken popcorn regular and half of it was filled with fries. It was a take away so we saw it after we were far from the kfc so couldn’t return it.

We ordered 2 different takeaway zinger burger boxes, one didn’t even have a burger and the other one had the wrong burger. For your information it wasn’t busy.

I had a delivery that was wrong and cold. I was picking up a replacement meal the manager and staff were really great about the exchange. In this area this would be one other the best KFC'S.

Ordered a delivery from the kfc app - watched the tracking as a car was selected and arrived at the restaurant. Then, as the time approached where I expected the driver to start heading my way, the order was cancelled! - no call, or contact I had to ring - and was told the reason for my order's cancellation they were "running out of chicken"! AT 630 PM

If you got to train your new employees it better not be at the expense of some one else time. Value your customers time

The nuggets were hot and moist they were so enjoyable pity there was only 6 of them. We had dried shriveled up very small chicken pieces too not nice at all. Asked for a dinein dish to eat our food was told they have none so was given a tiny box not great and the last time I was here they had none either. Took a box of chips back that was half full and asked for them to fill it up. The potato and gravy was peppery never had it like it before. Over all a miserable failure

This place has good food but one of the managers is extremely rude and unprofessional. I don’t remember her name that well but I do remember an R at the beginning of her name tag, she’s extremely hostile. If you ever have an issue with the food they’ll fix it for you which is a bonus however the manager needs to be a little nicer.

Three piece feed. Okay. Pleased with the size of the three chicken pieces. They were nicely coated, evenly seasoned and cooked beautifully. Fries, often hit and miss, no surprise as they are soggy in the box.

Here is another Unprofessional and racist staff who care zero to their regular customer. Today I ashamed myself that I placed first ordered there.

First of all and I can't overstate this, this KFC has great staff that are capable of giving you the food that you order every time and on top of that it has a large car park all to its own it has an outside undercover eating area and a small inside eating area as well there are also toilets provided on top of that please make sure that you have your mask because it is required to enter this business

I have ate in twice and both times the staff have been great.
Working really hard when very busy.

Its third time today they messed up my order.bought zinger box, received two soggy undercooked cold chicken pieces instead of 3 wicked wings. Third time in a row.worst service

The slowest KFC around the town. Waiting time for drive thru at Thursday lunch is more than 30mins. Please avoid this KFC. I am still waiting.

Courteous. I had to wait for 5 minutes as the staff had to cook fresh. The front counter staff dealt politely and with courtesy

We got our food plus and extra mnt dew because they made and extra so we got it for free which was nice. Food was hot and ready to go when we got there so we were in and out in a flash.

Brought Family feast today evening order no 189 disappointed as the chicken pieces not with full flesh and no coleslaw served.

Pathetic service. I stood at the counter for at least 10 minutes before someone noticed I was there. I was also given the wrong order, apparently an Uber Eats order as the staff took me for an Uber driver, just because I have a brown skin! Never going back there again!

Waited in store to be served for 10 at the front of the line while workers were singing in the kitchen, decided to try the drive though but their computers wernt "working" and had to reverse out of thr drive though
