I was so disappointed to receive those black chickens. The quality has been really bad these days in this store.

Asked for extra supercharged sauce but not in the bag asked for lettuce extra 3 times but received this much lettuce. Chips are extra extra salty can't even put in the mouth. Very disappointing.

Order again KFC via the app, went to drive through, to pick up my order and when we are at the drive through speaker and there is no queue. I put car window down and it was raining, I wait for quite while until I said hello, then there was a lady speaking on speaker saying, Hi JUST BE PATIENCE in a rude voice and disrespectful.someone will come to take your order. That’s not how you said as a customer service, What you should say as a customer service work at fast food restaurant is, Sorry for you long wait, someone will come and take you order. That’s a good example…

Today I was online order kfc for my family dinner.about my order. 6 chicken nuggets, 2 Chips, 1.2L drink, Coleslaw and 8 pieces original kfc chicken. I was opening the kfc chicken, I was very disappointed, ” I attached the photo, 1 chicken drumstick, 1 chicken breast with bone, 1 chicken breast with soft bone and the rest of the chicken is 5 small chicken wings, even the Coleslaw my husband said today the Coleslaw wasn’t good
The lady behind glass window the pick up food. She look racist probably because I’m Asian.

Good and friendly services their meal are well prepared but their meals price are increasing slidely.

Ordered 20 chicken wings with a reg chips and drink. Waited more than 25 minutes eventhough the store was not busy at all. Staff was just being passive and told "I don't know what's happening " when asked about waiting. Very bad experience.

Worse experience ever going through a drive through…. When ordering your food through a drive through it’s a fast way to receive your order NOT AT THIS KFC. There were 7 cars behind me & I was waiting for nearly 15mins! I asked the young man what was the hold up? He just stared at me with a blank look & no response…. Therefore I asked him did he actually have to kill the chicken to get my meal…. And still a blank stare & no response…. Bloody disgusting Never will I return to this store!

Went through the drive thru tonight. Fast, efficient and friendly service. Food was ok without being great

Yes I had to clean my own table - this KFC is better than others, the food actually was cooked in good oil and fresh - keep up the good work cooks - my order was missing a few items - went to ask about it - not even a sorry - bad customer service

Usually KFCs in Australia have service issue but this is the only KFC with superb service. CREW are well trained and very professional. Product is hot and fresh with good atmosphere

Food and service were ok but, they had a delay with certain products, there were dirty tables and the rubbish bins were over flowing.

Always friendly and nicely cooked food (even if deep fried) it was not greasy or dried out.

Hit the spot as was running late so fast food was the go.

Staff friendly too

Slow disinterested staff.very slow.dining room untidy.floor filthy.seemed to be some off duty staff there which the on duty staff only interested in

I give 5 star for food and good staff but 3 star for cleaning and man's washroom need to be repair

The service is excellent but had to wait in the line for 10 minutes to get to the counter and another 15 minutes to get the food.

Dirty sticky tables and floor
Food crumbs on EVERY table and all over floor.

I didn't get the service I was expecting.
Staff were rude, my meal has no spoon and wipe these meant to be in my ultimate box but these were all missing.
I went to staff to request for wipes and I was told to wait in the line.
I didn't think I want to go back there again.

Mainly order on app then pick up drive through here because when dining in, the store isn’t kept too clean. The customers are left to wait a while because the staff are too busy organising the drive through orders. The app has some cheaper deals that ordering instore isn’t available.

Hi I already orderd 3 piece box on kfc app with number order #1548 at around 11: 30pm. I am really upset about you forgot my coleslaw after got home even though you gave me a spoon and I do not know what that for? I tried to call back at 11: 55pm and hoping can eat some salads at the end of the day (i know it late and closing soon) haizzz.

It's better if you dine in you'll get a better meal but the drive though is still ok.

One thing i noticed the staff is rolling her eyes while serving and the lettuce was missing one of my order.
