KFC Hillcrest

I just bought the 2 piece box when I arrived home and opened it I was disgusted! I had 2 pieces of chicken if you could call them chicken that were so dry and disgusting they looked like yesterdays! The chip bag was only half full and I asked for original chicken and got hot and spice! Now I know why I only eat Kentucky once a year! In the bin it went!

Chips are hard. There was a long hair in the burger. Got barely any chips and the drive thru chick wasn’t that nice. Would not go back. Yuck

Spent a lot of Money here on family boxes as we were having a small gathering, Went to open the burger and there was a bug on it, twister tasted raw and Some of the burger buns were chewy and hard.

Ordered online via the app, and went into the restaurant, they said "won't be long" but I had to wait half an hour. Many people who came way after me and ordered at the counter were served before me. Then I went to the counter and asked politely "what's going on with my order? " and to my surprise, the girl said she can't find my order in the system.
I showed the email received from the app, and then she called a manager. Manager told the back kitchen crew loudly what was on my order. They took another 10mins to serve that without the dipping sauce, which I noticed after going home.
Worst KFC ever

Food was raw, Had bugs in it bread was hard like it jsut came out the freezer.disappointing.do better.

After we left we discovered we didn't get what we ordered. Too late to go back grrr. Have since supplied info as requested and heard no more from KFC.

The chips were cold/hard and had barely any chicken salt on them. The lady charged us two times, (making us pay two times) she said it didn't go through and made us pay again, even though it already went through.

Worst customer service person who is at the counter didnt even responded to the order I need to wait dumb there until he responds

Quick service thru drive thru even though it was extremely busy. Staff polite and amazingly our difficult order was correct. Usually go to another KFC and this never happens. Will be using this one in future.

Every time I have been to this store they have stuffed up our order. Forgotten food yet charged us for it, completely forgotten food, given us wrong orders. Really not good enough.

Friendly staff offering good Customer service.
The chicken burgers are good with delicious hot chips, thick cut and lightly salted.
I love the spicy chutney sauce on the Zinger Stacker burger!
The wicked wings are crispy too.

Wheelchair access and parking is available and also public amenities.

Normally good but this time service was extremely slow and the burger bun was rock hard with old lettuce and barely no chicken.

While i was there i ordered a 10 nugget combo, but instead they gave 8 NUGGETS! And had no bbq sauce instead they gave me ketchup. The customer service was horrendous and atrocious!

Quite good, food is always good, never have had anything wrong with it, does fill ya up, place is a bit small, really nice people and they have a good service time. Overall they are super nice good and fast but place is a bit small and the tables and chairs are a bit greasy but thats all g

Food sucked tonight bag was dripping with grease the coleslaw was missed out of the order took ages to get packed actually I watched through the window as staff literally threw food in bags mine was a mashed jumble when I tried to get it out of the box who ever was in charge needs to go back to cooking and preparation school

Chips soggy old
Chicken was cooked probably 2 hours ago
And I picked this food up at about 6pm when it all should be fresh

Fresh modern layout. Young enthusiastic staff. Pity some of the customers can't be a bit more considerate and clean up after themselves. Stop being pigs!

Unlean, poorly trained staff and service. Wrong order and poor follow up from management. Worst KFC I've been to in a while. Steer clear.

Waited for the original recipe for 15-20 mins which was fine because I was told when ordering however the rest of the family pack was cold and clearly packed when order was made. Cold and greasy with fresh hot chicken pieces on top. Use you brain, if there will be a wait for fresh chicken then don't pack anything until it's ready!

Good friendly service, the girls were very helpful. Only thing my chips were cold, apart from that one of the best KFC stores I've been to
