74I’ve been there lots of times and the last six times I have been here the chicken is disgusting I wouldn’t even feed it to my dog and it’s just terrible the quality of their food has gone down so much now I’ll never be going there again see you later KFC
I was enjoying a peaceful lunch when the gardener turned on his leaf blower and created a very noisy and smelly atmosphere. The fumes from the leaf blower were entering the dining area. The noise was incredibly loud. Maybe he should do this work out of shop trading hours. He seemed to do a good job as he went over the same area several times. The staff were friendly, the food was good.
I had a zinger box today.food was good but this is my third times in a row, I was not given a serviette And spoon to eat my mash and gravy. I am hoping to get my meal and also serviette.
Pretty clean restaurant with quick service (to be fair we were the only ones there at midday on a thursday) and who doesn't like KFC?
Worst experience. It was smelling bad. Very dirty. Dine in order took 20 mins even after that he gave 40 percent of the order. We have to go again and ask about the missed order. You should remember what u ordered. I won't recommend this place.
Very busy little place if there is a down side only one lane for cars to order.but very good though

Took ages for a takeout order, and staff forgot to include some add ons. I had to remind him that my order was incomplete and still forgot the extra gravy i paid for.: (
What a joke half an hour for a small order, very not professional service, people asking for refunds
Got a zinger. It was very over cooked. Very dark brown and super chewey. Such poor management. How can anyone allow over cooked dark zinger to be put on a burger. I hate how managers don't do their job and young workers think that's ok to put dark overcooked meat on burgers. I won't be comming back to Hillcrest kfc. Shame on the staff and management.
Went in to collect the other half of my order from last time as they managed to miss 5 of my 10 pieces of wings and got ignored at the register. I could see that the person at the front had nothing to do as he was pretending to be busy at midnight by hurriedly walking around in circles doing nothing when there is no one else waiting for their orders in the store and there are only a couple cars outside. One other staff member than walked by and giggled at what he was doing after I said hello to get his attention and when he finally stopped at the counter, he ignored my presence by staring at the glass door. Mind you I just walked into the store and had did nothing that could have offended the staff. If you think that it’s funny to play tricks on them even after you showed your incompetence by failing to count to ten. I am left completely speechless. Nonetheless, at least the supervisor has a clearer idea of what needs to be done which literally took less than 30 seconds and saves both parties a lot of fuss. I’m not sure if the staff again managed to get the order wrong or whether the manager tried to compensate for what they’ve done but they did give me an extra piece.
I waited for 40 minutes for my order, only to be told by a disinterested staff that they don't have the product. He did NOT offer an alternative and told me that's is it. I would not have staff like this in my business even if I was short staffed. The worse experience ever received in any fast food chain and there are plenty of options where I live. Thanks for ruining my night Colonel
It's off so I don't expect the biggest of service or food.
But pretty funny when the drive through line up is that long that you can actually download the KFC express app, set it up and place your order and still be 3 cars away from the speaker box lol

Deal with online orders absolutely amazingly. ZAIN there was a wonderful worker, fast and attentive. No complaints here, nothing but praise for the wonderful work they did!
The order was also made perfectly! Still hot and fresh and delicious!

Go there often, occasionally get the order wrong or don't have what we ordered, but that's the same everywhere.
Basically this opinion relies on the lack of salt very rare these days that you don't get floppy potato slices but the chickens good
The customer service i received through the drive thru was disgraceful and i dont blame the kids working their for a second i blame whoever was the Manager at the time was a next level Moron. Go in their 6pm on a Friday night and cars was back out to the street the line up was insane. I learned my lesson NEVER AGAIN.
DO NOT VISIT this KFC! You will get undercooked chips with NO SALT every time! Ive been there over 10 times in the past 2 years and every visit is the same. They either have their timers set wrong or they are deliberately undercooking food. Go to the Modbury restaurant instead, if you want mouthwatering chips the way they are supposed to be!
I wish I could score a Zero for the sake of work health and safety for your clients and workers. The restaurant is unbearably hot for dinning and indoor orders. We complained and got advised that the air conditioning has not worked for the last 2years- You wonder how that is possible for an open business.
Fix it.
And, hey - clean your toilets.just filthy with smears
