Why don't you recycle anything? The paper bags, cups and containers you give to customers are all recyclable but there is not a recycling bin in the dining room.

Extremely slow service in the drive through and after the long wait our order was missing items. So had another long wait with no answer for why the long 10- 15min delay both times.

Currently waiting in drive through.where I’ve been for the last 20 minutes.it’s pre cooked. How hard is it?

One of the better kfcs I've been to. Always fast service no matter what the line is inside or at drive through is like. Many kfcs could learn from this place.

First time visitor. Waited for ages because of computer problems. Then was charged extra due to false advertising. The to top it all off, my order was not only dried up and crusty, it was also WRONG. Will not be going back to that branch!

Went there to get zinger box large and go bucket and paid for it and only got box which was soggy and too much mayo on burger and didn’t revive large Mountain Dew and go bucket! Not happy!

Sometimes chips are under cooked and on busy nights they run out of items and leave items on menue that they don't sell anymore

I now know why it's called Kentucky Fried cat and kids Fattening center.just drop it in a box and see what happens.call and complain.

I have been trying to ring your store since 7.45 pm Saturday night it's now sunday night constantly engaged.my order number was 7715.and once again this store has proven it has no idea how to cooking food fillets chicken cold and tasted like lemon chips not cooked chicken in burger tough seriously guys your my local and I keep giving you benifit after benift but you countine to disappoint totally over it and now need to decide where to shop and maybe it's time for official complaint chicken piece just filled with oil. I not happy sick of complaing to your store you just don't listen. Appalled once again

No communication between staff members and waiting until someone has ordered b4 telling them oh cash only thanks.could have been handled much better

Moved into area. 1st visit young children without adequate mature supervisors meant that there was chaos in the kitchen & no zinger fillets available cos the forgot to cook them at the right time (? !). 2nd visit thru drive-thru we did not receive the correct order.

Yumm, thou, some of your staff needs to put more sauce on the burgers, i wish yall were open earlier.only poor experience ive had here was with other customers.the staff are lovely and can deal with any issues that happen.

No chicken one day. Forget orders all the time. It's not that hard. Old soggy chip's all the time.

While my friends are getting food poisoning from the KFC further south, this store always provides good quality meals. #cheapaschipsmeal

I've only ever used the drive through, but the food has been great and the service quick. I've been a little off put by the young bloke sniggering as a drove off a couple of times, but that's probably my tendency to make everything about me. Chances are his manager threw a nugget at him, how am I to know?

Probably going to be sick tomorrow. Chicken wasn't cooked thoroughly.gristle was slimy and not at all like it usually is.box was full of oil.seeped through the bag onto the seats of my car. Ate 1 original recipe felt sick biting into it.wrong texture.no crumb on the chicken just slops. 9: 45pm Tuesday 11th December 2018. If cars are lined up at the drive through expect no care about the product. Potato and gravy was good though.

Just had KFC for the first time in a long time. Staff were fantastic along with the food. Thankyou.

Terrible experience in this shop tonight, friend and I made two orders on app.staff placed burgers in the wrong bags, my friend had my zinger double burger. I had his zinger burger. Also, they forgot to give my friend’s drink. It is terrible tonight, and I won’t go to this KFC again.

Sorry normal better but staff member stuff up our order and instead of fix it went off to have break. That is not cool
