The seats are disgusting black dirty marks on all the chairs and seats, tables not cleared or cleaned.

Bought burger, chips and drinks, were over charged.probably my bad (buyer beware).
Chips yucky and over salted burgers nasty.
Had long drive ahead so didn't bother complaining, drive through attendant was cheerful and polite though.

If you'd like to stand there not being acknowledge while staff walk past you several times with no greeting. Go here!

If you want a bad attitude with your meal. After not being served till they feel like it. By all means go here. My advice go drive thru they might be nicer then counter staff. I would avoid as some people were never taught how to serve the public. I've had animals greet me better than these staff

The food, a bucket meal of original chicken was the worst Ive ever had at a KFC. It was dry and had obviously been lying there for some time. My friend and I who were both hungry still left 2 pieces behind as they were inedible. If it had not been that we had drunk alcohol we would have taken this disgusting travesty of food back. I will never return to this store, nor would I ever recommend it to anyone to eat there. Dry, tasteless and inedible. Disgusting.

On 7 th of may I went there at 8.30 pm to by a kids meal for my daughter who is autistic. The gentleman who served me on drive thru informed me that the system is not working and can’t accept card, which is totally understandable. My daughter was crying and I went through my wallet and managed to find some coins and handled to the gentleman who served me. After counting he informed that I’m running shot of 20 cents and rejected my kids meal. Ian a regular customer who lives just across the road. The guy don’t even want to check with his supervisor wether he can provide a meal with 20 pence shot. I feel so sad and embarrassed as I’m working in hospitality for the last 21 years. Poor service

Located on South Road, the restaurant is easily accessible heading south. Traffic makes it a hard task to turn North heading home. Circling the block may be necessary on high traffic times.
Have your order ready if going through the drive through as the menu is only visible at the speaker. For money savers, Feast meals may cover all the family needs rather than individual orders.
Ordering on the app is highly recommended for best value and drive through experience.
For diners the venue is clean and a carpark seems to always be available.
Toilet facilities available but no playground facilities.
The food is consistent with all the KFC branches.
A good restaurant, unfortunate about the access from St Road, hence 1 star deduction.

Rude staff. Cold chicken and soggy chips.not what the colonel would have expected. Lift your game team and management.

Chips are not fresh ones this time. All chips lot junk to trash bin.
Next, with today’s order, didn’t expect popcorn in Zinger box meal. Drumsticks missing.

Didn’t bother to drive back as ask for the fresh and correct order.

This one is our regular store, twice a week.

Left out my chips, this is the second time I've had stuff missing after paying for it here.

Female manager was a downright smartarse when I wanted only thighs and legs and worse she encouraged her young female staff member to act in a totally disrespectful way. Given I have been buying KFC longer than she has been alive I thought wow this is the mindset KFC is employing. No respect given to customers or elders. I have decided that I will no longer go to any KFC. Simply they are putting kids in charge of kids with no idea how to handle a genuine request.

Had to wait too long for couple of wings even after making an online order…. Never go there again

In the past I’ve always enjoyed the products that I’ve purchased from your store. The service has been excellent.
Sadly though yesterday i purchased a 6 piece pack and a potato/gravy as well.
When I prepared to eat the chicken pieces I was disgusted at what I’d been given. 6 pieces of very very dry chicken, absolutely no taste and as for the crispy golden coating that one usually gets, it was tasteless.
Even our dog turned her nose up at the pieces I offered her.
Come on KFC I expect better than that from you.

Pretty standard KFC who haven't messed up any orders I've experienced though the drive through needs perhaps some consideration. Can get so busy cars must line up patiently on side roads.

Ordered 6 pieces of OR chicken, and got it from drive-through to take home. Then I realised there were only 5 pieces in the box. Dear KFC staff, how hard is it to count to 6?

Customer service nightmare always forget food when challenged that they were missing items they requested bag to be searched, and still said they had put them in, even knoeing they couldnt find them, they gave missing items and said sorry for the wait but no apology for basically calling us liers.

Disappointed people not keeping social distancing and not wearing masks when not eating walking or standing in line

Quick service but chips were way under cooked, nobody in our family could eat them. Travelling through so couldn't go back and complain.

Do not visit this place if you dont come by vehicle as their dine-in will be closed and they accept orders only via drive-thru for various reasons. The closure of dine-in will be unknown as they won't mentioned this on their website, unless you visit the store in-person and see the notice stuck on the main door.
