Clean, well staffed and fast. Polite service and quick turnaround times. Great place to dine in. It's a small joint, but well maintained. The TV playing popular songs kept the kids entertained and allowed the parents to unwind.

Why do you put chicken salt on fries? People have allergies, you really need to ask before assuming.

Seriously "finger lick'en good.hot, crispy, juicy chicken went down a treat with the bun, potato & gravy. Hot chips were to salty for me but overall a great lunch on a long day of driving.

Manager with longish brown hair is a power trip and a half. Refused to be served as truck wouldnt fit in drivethrough and he refused to allow us to come through the front to pay with card. EXTREMELY DISAPPOINTED I believe higher management should replace him with someone else as I would imagine he power trips on all the employees aswell.

Good KFC but sometimes is out of the food you want. The food is nice though and service is good.

People working here they don't know how to run the store except for accepting orders. I was waiting for almost 20 mins to pick up delivery and someone who was there before i come he was waiting 40 mins. UNPROFESSIONAL. They deserve zero stars.

Worst KFC food at this outlet. You go to KFC for a crispy fried chicken but not here. The chicken and chips everything is soggy. As if its all prepared in bulk and kept packed for long time. Not visiting this outlet again… 3 times in a row bad food.

Nice quick chicken burger combo meal on our way to the city, although I do miss the KFC chips like they used to be done a few years ago.

Have eaten a lot of wicked wings from various KFC but the ones from KFC Edwards town were disgusting. I think whoever cooked them nuked them the coating was that hard.we had to peel it off and just eat the chicken. Very disappointing.

Always fast and efficient. Friendly staff and usually clean. Only bad experience I've had from here is having a bottle of "Pepsi Blue"with my meal, but that's not their fault it tasted horrendous.

Had 20 minutes of my life wasted.

Was told 10 minutes on wings then when I went to claim my wings 10 minutes later because they weren’t ran out was told to wait another 10 minutes with no offer of refund with my wings still being given. Staff standing flat footed and confused.

**Manager Nikki provided very poor management quality and her appearance was rather sloppy for someone running a shift

Very busy place but Fast ans efficient service. I needed to wait little bit longer, and explained me why then offered a free drink for the appreciation. Thanks

Ordered via app and it took over 13 minutes for my basic order to be filled when I walked in. There was no acknowledgement of my presence even though I was one of only two people there. No apology for the delay.
The app says pay ahead to avoid the queues. There wasn't a queue and I was still made to wait for over 10 minutes for a basic order.

Service was good and the burger was fine but the chips were under cooked and under seasoned and they are usually the best part

At five to seven on sunday the 25th august i went to the drive thru at kfc Edwardstown. To say the service was disgraceful is an understatement. 10min wait for the order to be taken, 15-20 mins for the actual pickup of the order, the order was wrong when receiving the order at the window, a care factor of 0 by the child presenting the food at the window and when i went to eat the food it was disgusting. It had obviously been sitting there the whole time I'd been waiting. Cold and soggy chips so bad my 8 year old son wouldn't eat it. Disgraceful kfc. You should be totally ashamed of yourselves and your staff.

Very well run place, clean, good value, friendly customer service, product is pretty good. Nice place to sit down and dine in. Comfortable chairs and good views.

Dude. You gave me a live chicken, im pretty sure it was a bit under cooked.so I blended it for a bit to make sure.

Sorry but terrible food it tasted off and was so oily I felt sick after eating I bought a few pieces only ate one and a half. It was so bad I have kept some in case I get food poisoning it was that bad. I really only want to rate zero.

Ordered a 9 peice deal and asked for 3 breast’s, Was told it was a set deal by the girl behind the counter, which is wrong!
You can have a maximum of 4 peices of your choice. I have a son who works at another store,
Got told their is 2 breast’s in my order.
Get home. No breast peices at all.
