51ABSOLUTELY DISGRACEFUL! Ripped off and disappointed every time without fail. From frozen chips, off and out of date potato and gravy, items missing with every order every time all the way to being over charged for items I still did not receive. When I rang up I was hung up on. When I went in to the store the duty manager said she could only pass my details on to the store manager (no offer on refund or even given the missing items from my meal) 3 months later I still have not recieved any contact from this store regarding the issues. I have been back since and nothing has changed. Avoid this junk store! You will regret ever visiting. KFC Aberfoyle Park you should not be operating. Pathetic!
Everything on my burger was missing beside the chicken and the chips were so raw that they tasted better drowned in mountain dew.
Failed miserably I ordered extra pieces. Only found out once at mates place they did not put in the box. 3 km each way trip to go & get what they should have given me.
The food took over half an hour and the chips were cold and crunchy. 10/10 would not recommend.
Disappointed need to cook there chicken for longer twice of gone there and got my food home and chicken is under cook or it has been hard please guys cook your chicken

Unfortunately this has become my local kfc.
Complete garbage is served up here, chicken is dark brown, fryer either to high, not fresh oil or more likely in the warmer for so long it's dried out. Drive in is pathetic, they try to push you through, then get the order wrong. Go inside now, last time, large chips, was like a small portion, asked for it to be topped up. Even the young las was shocked how much went in, when she tapped the bottom. Rather pay more and go to the chicken shop near by now. This place is appalling. Kfc only get my money again during hot and spicy, daily how they think those nuggets are nice astounds me. This coming from a kfc tragic. Just throwing away money at this joint

The worst popcorn chicken ever. The chicken pieces were tiny. Inside was clean and the young staff were friendly.
Got the worst potato and gravy it was thin and watery with no definition between the potatp and gravy

Issue with the chicken cooker yesterday and staff said hour wait on original chicken. I ordered a twister combo and twister was half the size it should be as and looked unappealing. They had asked and I said yes to using chicken tenders instead. I took it back and refund was issued after trying to be coaxed into a replacement.
