51Absolutely disgusting. Bought 10 wicked wings two burgers and 6 pieces of chicken and all completely stale and cold with over cooked bad tasting chicken. My partner found a hair in his burger and I also found a hair wrapped around my wicked wing! I have never experienced such a disgusting KFC. Fingers crossed for your sake that none of us are sick tonight!
Can't get an order right! New staff and possible new management!

Served by Kai at 9: 01pm, 24/7/21. After purchasing a meal via the drive thru at Aberfoyle Pk and specifically reading the 2 meals I wanted, then after driving home only to find that one of those meals was completely incorrect. This is annoying, unnecessary and incompetent. Staff should be trained to listento basic, simple, instructions without getting orders wrong. Service - very poor.
Mate got scammed with some "less than satisfactory chicky tenders" (Mate, 2021). Like he enjoyed the grub, but all he got was some soggy crumbs that were excused as chinken tenders and that almost made him cry!
Always get my order right and usually in a timely manner, friendly staff, plenty of seating and reasonably easy to access. Only criticism is in the drive through, if you need to wait, you need to leave the shopping complex and make a turn back, can sometimes be tricky on busy days.
Every time we ask the workers to swap out the tub of gravy for chips they never do it, getting beyond a joke you ask for something but these kids clearly have potatoes for ears because they never do their jobs properly.
Staff are polite and prompt.only reason for the lost star is the awkward drive thru and parking area.
Have been a harsh critic of this place in the past. But the other night, we only wanted a quick bite and didn't know the cheapest way to order it. Woman at the counter said. Okay I'll make it a small meal but upgrade it by taking out the drink. Perfect service and meal was hot and delicious.

Not too bad. Was busy.service was quick. Only downer was the large chips were half full! More like a small.
Extremely disappointed in our meal. We ordered a dinner for two. The chicken was disgusting, burnt and dry. We threw it out. Our offering was two wings, one drumstick and another piece. Only thing they couldn't ruin was the can of drinks.
I don't know if this KFC is under new management or the existing management finally got their act together, but the last 3 times I've been there they actually go my order correct, and the food wasn't rubbish. Every time this happens, I'll give them another star, every time it doesn't I'll deduct one.
Literally once out of the past 8 times Ive been here has my order been correct. The food is fine, but my orders are always wrong, I feel there is an issue with how orders are displayed on their end when an order is placed on the app and changes are made. For example swapping original pieces for tenders yet still recieved original pieces tonight. My complaints have always been dealt with promptly but have given up complaining now, sick of my order being wrong, will go to a different store in future.
Frustrating that the last two times I have been there I have been missing sweet n sour sauce that I specifically asked for. Even after I questioned it before I drove off and was assured it was in there.
No point in ordering what you want.you would have a better chance of getting what you want by ordering something you don't want because you never get what you order. They must save a fortune on wages because they only employ incompetent staff who just throw anything into a bag and call it "your order".
Save yourself the stress and go to a different KFC.
Never fails in service, close to home and the app is easy to navigate. Good for a fast food restaurant
Chips soggy and cold also the potato and gravey so sloppy and runny as well as cold. Won't be going there again. Very disappointed.
Bought 3 pack of wicked wings. Got home and found only 2. However, KFC dealt with my complaint promptly and effectively so I am happy to keep going there. Good customer service.
Gross.to oiley. And the staff where more worried about the cars in drive through rather than the 2 people in store who had to wait.
