KFC Aberfoyle Park

I have ordered through menu log to pick up with drinks this afternoon When i pick up the manager suddenly she doesn’t take me my drinks coz I didn’t ordered what she said i have to leave without my drings and check my orders there is drinks. I go back to shop show her order and she said that’s fine! …didn’t even apologise.very very rude.every staff very kind except manger.very disappointed

We went there 35 mins before closing, ordered and paid for the food on the app. When we go to the counter, they said ther are out of stock everything and maximum they can refund.
Don't go there 2 hours before closing

11.95 for 5 chicken tenders… 2 of them are half size and only equal to a full one… this is a joke, I will not be going back there again! Absolutely disgraceful

Ordered the "new crispy chicken" range. The only thing that was crispy was the cabbage on the twister. The chicken in the 2 burgers and the twister was completely soggy. Well done KFC. You could've been stars with the world worst Hungry Jacks around the corner, yet your just as bad as each other.

Just got takeaway for last time from KFC Aberfoyle Park. The order is always messed up. Get you act together. NOT ALLOWED TO GIVE ZERO STARS

For everyone saying that they are yelling and swearing at eachother. What do you expect at a fast food when everyone one there is mostly 16. It’s not a 5 star fancy restaurant

Wait is too long. Arrived at 1050 and was told food not ready from ordered online. Waited another 20 mins. Terrible.

Clean and usually fast service for KFC standards.
Drive thru entrance is often blocked by traffic during busy periods.
Frequently out of chicken. Yes. Not a typo. 25 minute waits.
Frequently forget items.

Visited as a walk in Sunday at 8pm. They had only a few pieces ofchicken left. I wanted a 5 pieces meal. Anyhow, they managed 2 wings and 3 strips and fries. It wasn't great. No sides were offered. The fries had no salt and were luke warm. The place was very clean though the trash bin was overflowing. Some of the staff were hooning around and noisy in the back to be honest. I was wondering who was in charge lol.

Wanted my comfort fix of KFC today, was very disappointed that the twister was drowned in mayonnaise so I couldn't taste anything else and the chips were soggy and over cooked. Come on guys put some love in the cooking.

Fast reliable friendly service with little waiting time! Clean and tidy with lots of tables, inside and outside dining!

Got two burger meal deals two tiny pieces chicken small chips in a small bag with only about 8 chips in the bag and a spicy burger only good thing about it was the spicy burger kfc use to have the best cooked chips now there the worst need to cook them a little longer and fill the chip bag up people need to get value for there money

The chips were soggy and cold, the chicken was dry but the staff were friendly but very disorganised.

Paid $66 for delivery and four burgers was not delivered. The Zinger burger and Hot & Crispy Boneless was not cooked and chewy. Called them and ask them to deliver the food that was not delivered and they can't do it. The only solution was to offer 50% refund. Absolutely horrible

Worst staff working on the front of house right now. Clearly don’t know how to do customer service by putting your attitude aside, wondering where the managers are?

Not happy, both burgers purchased tonight were stone cold.the Coleslaw on the bun was almost as if it were out the freezer, the chicken also cold. I want to know if they look at a burger when they make it and think 'yeah, I would eat that' because it's certainly not very appealing to open and have everything fall apart or freezing and soggy

Been 2x since moving to the area.the chicken batter is burnt both times. I wish I had looked at it before I left.will not go back agsin
5 yes later I tried again.purchasing 2.3 bit feeds.with a breast portion in each.got home to 3 legs in each.very disappointing still

One of the worst KFCs in adelaide. If they focus more on quality instead of pumping it out quick it might be a different story. Its not hard to cook chicken especially when you are suppose to specialise in it.

The KFC in Aberfoyle Park is disgusting. Our chicken was old, dry, dark brown, the buns were old not soft and fresh at all and the chips was not even cooked properly. What a disappointment. I have to rate it with stars but if I could pick nothing it would've been that.
