Rude reception staff. Placed my call on hold then picked up and disconnected. No call back. When I called back- no apology. Busyness does not mean common courtesy should be lost!

Avoid this place if you are looking for answers to your health issue/s, It is run with money as the first priority exploiting the niche of people who are struggling to get help from the mainstream healthcare providers.

As a learnt lesson I'd like to share, I know hope may be all you have left and it may lead you in directions that get you nowhere learn from your experiences and treat your issue like any other problem - With Learning and Understanding based on logic.

Integrative Health Care is *EVIDENCE BASED* but not yet accepted in the "Main Stream" Medicine. They are all GP trained Doctors. Think of this mob as pioneers in Medicine. They are the equivalent of the first Doctors who were using Sterilisation, Antibiotics, Surgery.you know all the things we accept now as mainstream.
Think of them as "Enhanced GPs".
They have been able to help me where my old Doctor told me "She can not help me anymore". I would highly recommend them.

1 star each for the 2 office staff who actually returned 2 of my many many calls because I had to continually follow up.
I also had to listen to the dr tell stories about their own life and strange patient experiences for half of each consult and no on going in investigation or referral when they couldn't solve the problem.
Just like a standard GP but 3x the cost.
Disappointed to say the least.

Wonderful people, very friendly. Doctors are compassionate. Can be expensive but definitely worth it and you get a decent Medicare rebate anyway. Their knowledge of conditions other doctors are not aware of is amazing.

Highly recommended if you suffer from ME/CFS Fibromyalgia etc as they have extensive knowledge and experience
