One dr admitted to being sexist in her actions and said there's nothing she can do about it because that's the system. The other made a recommendation that has done permanent dental damage.

Integrative Health Solutions has great health professionals and services-I highly recommend it.

After visiting Integrative Health Solutions for the first time today as a new patient I found them to be an extremely understanding health practice that displayed lots of support, empathy & care for my current health needs. From the reception staff, nurse and right up to the Doctor visit they were all very helpful and welcoming.

I don't often have positive experiences at medical clinics but this place changed that. The reception staff and nurse were very lovely and helpful. I saw Dr Zwarts, he was incredibly thorough, non judgemental and I left feeling heard. I went for a CBD prescription, but he helped me with much more than that, which I'm super appreciative for. I feel like this was a major step in my health journey and it was well worth the 45min drive.

Dr Afari is an amazing so knowledgeable very up to dated and great personality. The clinic itself is very organised and very friendly staff, there is no waiting time or less than 10 minutes, highly recommended

A beautiful Clinic. Professional, knowledgeable, and friendly. I was treated with courtesy and respect and listened to. Gives me the surety that my own personal health issues will be addressed and I will be given all the support I need in the future. Long standing health issues which have been difficult to find a pathway for, will be addressed with my new GP as she is very knowledgeable about this. I'm so relieved. Happy days.

My son had been a patient here for some time and although the care from the doctor was knowledgeable and thorough, I can not condone their extortionate fees. I was charged $156.95 for a 12 minute follow up call to pass on one result from a test that was over a month late. I had already paid approx $260 for the previous follow up call to receive results. This seems an extreme hourly rate and pretty unreasonable as it was not our error that the one result was so late back. Some human empathy and consideration towards patients who are already paying hundreds and hundreds of dollars for tests and consults wouldnt go a miss. For an integrative practice, it appears more of a corporate money making machine. Very disappointed and now using a new integrative practitioner who is much more reasonable.

I happily drive 45 minutes to visit this practice, Dr Kerry Harris in particular. I love how the consultations aren’t rushed. I have time to discuss my health and ask questions. Dr Kerry is very knowledgeable and down to earth and is easy to understand. The compounding pharmacy often has tricky to find medicines. There are many different services included in this practice.

Wow, they are absolutely incredible. So well organised, excellent customer service. The nurse was wonderful, very welcoming and relaxing. The doctor (Dr Pole for me) was incredible and actually listened. For the first time I felt heard, acknowledged and cared for. The doctor ACTUALLY wants to help me solve my problems, instead of just fobbing me off and saying "eh, not sure, come back if it's still happening".

I've had the most terrible experience with Integrative Health Solutions. There was a mix up on their end, and after writing a letter of complaint, they never responded - even after calling them to follow-up on my query. It is some of the worst customer service I have ever experienced. They are more interested in taking your money than actually delivering a service that puts their customers first. Steer clear from this mob.

A very professional and yet personal health practice. I have seen 4 doctors here and all were great for different things. It’s useful to also have on-site chemist and pathology. Highly recommended.

I have been going to this practice for years and they have always been caring and thorough. Its always a plus when you have the same Dr.every visit whether a phone consult or person to person. These Dr's do their best to fix the issues that my body puts forward using natural means, and only then using medication if its truly needed.

There are a couple of helpful doctors however the poor customer service and attitude outweighs this.

Dr Kerry Harris has a wonderful depth of knowledge in the integrative health field. Patient, kind, and compassionate, and someone who will fight for you, when needed. Highly recommended.

It was a delight to be able to sit with a physician and get proper feedback and help for a severe problem. Recommend IHS for people suffering with severe daily pain.

Integrative Health Solutions provide next level health care. If you have been going round and round in the system without a proper diagnosis or treatment, then Integrative health is the place for you. The doctors and practitioners are amazing and life changing. Their compound pharmacy is excellent and provides very good quality supplements as well. I wouldn't go anywhere else!
