I have spent so long trying to look for a real GP who is educated, cares and takes a more holistic approach to medicine (not just write me a script and kick me out) I have so much confidence in this place. Everyone is so lovely, and I have never had any trouble getting an appointment. I have a horrible phobia of blood and I had my blood test with Dr Ashley Nattrass today. It was one of the most easiest tests I have had. He was so understanding and made me feel so comfortable and was very quick. I have a lot of trust and respect for all of the staff here. Thank you Dr Ashley.

Dr Harris & Dr Nattrass best GPs in the world! Extremely personable, caring & helpful every time. Also highly recommend this clinic for people with needle phobias getting vaccinated. I had an extreme lifelong needle phobia & came to this clinic for my covid vaccinations- all staff had such a caring, understanding & supportive approach. Overall experience was so positive & helpful that I received my 2nd dose without having a panic attack for the first time in my life.

"Integrative" Health Solutions - what a joke. Need to change the name to "Segregated" Health Solutions. They have a 'servants entrance' at the back for the unvaccinated. If you are unvaccinated you cannot enter the front entrance or purchase items in the compounding chemist. You have to stand outside like the 'great unclean' and hand them your credit card and wait outside for your script. Absolutely disgusting discrimination and attitude. Will never go back and neither will my contacts.

I'd you are looking for somewhere to cover all your health needs this is it. The Drs are well trained in traditional and alternative healthcare. Dr Nattrass was a wealth of knowledge, very kind and caring. I highly recommend this clinic for anyone and everyone.

Jungi, has healed me with his amazing acupuncture skills. I am now able to walk again and be myself. He not only has the magic touch but he also has the magic words. He is like a therapist too and speaks words of wisdom. I 100% recommend Jungi to everyone out there. Remember there is still hope

As someone with a mistrust of prescribed medication and the medical profession in general, I cannot recommend this practice enough. The doctor I saw was caring. She took interest in and listened to my health and personal history. For the first time ever, I left the doctor's surgery feeling positive and proactive about my health goals, and that I have a doctor who cares about my progress. I can't recommend them enough.

The trauma caused by this practice is immensurable.

In my experience they used to be a medical center staffed by people who took the time and money to care about patients, but lately it's the same aggressive talk at you as any bulk billing clinic, except you pay a big gap fee.

I was seen to by Dr Ashley Nattrass on late notice. I called in the morning and was seen to by 230pm. Already a good sign.

I had never experienced such a high level of genuine care by a doctor in my life. He spoke to me in a conversational way instead of seemingly just going through a checklist like the doctors i had seen in the past. He didnt push any particular treatment on me, instead suggesting an array of options, explaining them individually and making it known that whatever i choose, he would be there to walk along side me in finding the solution that works for me.

I cannot recommend this doctor enough. If you have felt uncared for in the past or that you weren't of importance to your doctor, i would suggest giving Dr Nattrass a try or just this clinic in general. I felt welcomed and valued by every member of staff from the receptionists, the nurse and the doctor i saw.

If you are looking for a cheap, bulk billing, quick fix, then look else where as this place DOES the work. If you are seeking answers, then this is the place for you.

While you will have to pay for these services, it’s because Medicare refuse to cover the costs of testing that actually WORKS and services that make us WELL again.

The staff here do remarkable things and the nurses are all very kind.

I would highly advise avoiding this practice. They charge incredibly high fees, will not tell you results over the phone-making you book an appointment with the doctor, when you might not have $100 spare, so you never get your results.

Dr Kerry Harris is a knowledgeable and compassionate GP. She has an interest in integrative medicine and natural approaches to pain management. I would highly recommend.

GPs really are conservative gatekeepers.the entire paradigm needs be flipped on its head. Health care rather than sick care. Prevent illness and optimise heath.
Not this needless over testing andvtreating until as Norman Swan says you end up in a place you never wanted to be.so maso much is not evidence baseed.certainly not the interactions of drugs in an individual. And the

Poor service. Average doctor. Uber expensive. Don't bother. Save your $. When I provided feedback (offering a chance to rectify my concerns) I got no reply at all!
