Inglewood Inn

Terrible experience. The food was average. We went on a public holiday and charging us an extra 10% on our final bill did nothing to improve the service, staff seemed liked they don’t want to be there. We can tick this place off our list and will not come back. Bit of a shame. Beautiful view though.

Food was very average for the price, $37 for barramundi thats bland and missing ingredients. Schnitzel was okay but the chips overcooked and salad was dry. The service was the worst part.
Only great thing was the view.

Went with my family yesterday so very disappointed. Schnizals dry crumbs like rocks. Too expensive.

We came here to celebrate my sister’s engagement. Great service! Great food! And a great atmosphere! Definitely a place to come back to. Thanks guys!

Took over 30 minutes for all the meals to come out, meals were ok but 1 piece of scothch fillet and 2 veggies not worth $40. Not a good experience

Food was just average. Run out of some menu options and dont what ever you do use the toilet downstairs.

Perfect setting in terms of view, ambience, quality of food & service personnel. But speed of food service could be improved. The restaurant was only 60% full, but we waited 30 - 35 mins for our mains.

Very disappointing return visit.
Slow service, average food, will not be back in a hurry which is a shame because the location is superb.
Interestingly, I was asked via email for a response to our dining experience, to which I replied with the above information but received no reply, which just adds to the disappointment.

Absolutely beautiful all round! The food was delicious, served quickly and a large serve. The staff were very friendly and the gardens, seating outdoors and the beautiful old building were all wonderful. We will definitely be back! Oh and there were very interesting drinks on the menu too!

An outstanding venue with amazing food highlighted by staff who go above and beyond. We can not recommend this gorgeous pub with delicious food served by friendly staff highly enough.

I'm not sure how many times I passed this place and thought not much of it. Today I had the opportunity to dine here and all I can say is WOW! The food was delicious, the staff and delightful and the vista divine. Cant wait to come back and try something else on the menu. The beef cheeks were spectacular. Thanks Inglewood Inn for the awesome experience.

Lovely ambients seated next to the wood fire. Friendly service staff. Meals were on point presented promptly. Highly recommend the Brussel sprout dish and the barramundi main was one of the best I’ve had. Fantastic local wine list on offer and selection fancy gins and ales. Great spot for a romantic dinner for two or larger groups

I visited today with a group of friends for lunch and thoroughly enjoyed the setting, amazing fire, clean, welcoming dining area. The meals were delicious and ranged from $23-$28 for what we ordered. Service was friendly and efficient. We will definitely be back- it was hard to leave the amazing view on a winters afternoon.

Delicious food and amazing drinks menu. Service was very friendly, albeit a little slow (which we didn't mind). Look forward to come here again.

Disappointed, especially after so many excellent reviews. Today nine of us went there for lunch. We all ordered at the same time but the meals arrived at different times over the hour. We had to sit outside after booking an inside table. The stools were uncomfortable. My meal was delicious and so were the ales, but the overall experience and service was mediocre. Won't be returning.

Came here with a group of 24 people, the owner gave us a few bowls of chips with aiole compliments for free

Highly recommended for a pint/schooner
They do all sorts of craft beers

Wow it was fantastic, our waitress was Kelly she was fantastic, food was superb. I NOT ONLY GIYE THIS PLACE a10/10 but to top it off CHEF was 10/10

Inglewood inn is located at one of most serene locations in the Adelaide hills with beautiful surroundings and beautiful interiors, and that is all what is good about this place. This was the least impressive place in Australia I have ever been in terms of its service. The staff was not proactive and no one was attending on the floor. After being seated on the table we waited more than 20 mins for someone to come take our order for some drinks and entrees but no one showed up, finally I had to get up and go to the counter to ask someone to come take the order.while ordering we told the server that we will order some mains in a few mins, but no one showed up to take our order again. Finally after almost an hours when we were finished with our drinks, I got up again to tell someone to take my order for mains. Only after 10 mins someone showed up to take the order and advised that the kitchen was closed half an hour ago and only selective items could be available now, I told the server that we were not told the kitchen was closing, he took our order but there were no apologies at all.
There is a complete mismanagement or I would say ignorance towards the guests. While this place could be a star considering the location, when it comes to service they have a long long way to go.
