Very Very rude dr!
Dr. Muazzam Rifat.
Phone slipped of wallet onto his table
and he went crazy at me.
So I just walked out. Did not even care about my conditions and meds I needed.
Never again will I see him very disappointed been going to that practice many years

My family followed our doctor to this clinic and honestly wouldnt have it any other way. Dr Rifat is amazing with our kids and adults and honestly will follow him anywhere as he is an amazing doctor. The staff and nurses have been friendly and professional.

My kids see Dr Aslam for awhile now, hes the only Dr we see in Adelaide for them, we followed him from his previous clinic, he's a very polite and caring Dr, my kids are always making a scene in his office and not once has he told them to be quite. Hes very thorough aswell.

I’ve been going to the Ingle Farm Medical Centre for about a year now, and my experience has always been positive. While I have a regular GP, I have confidence in seeing any of the available GPs there when he’s unavailable. There have only been a couple of times when I was waiting a little while after my scheduled appointment, but that’s to be expected in a busy practice. Staff are friendly and welcoming, and booking appointments online or on the phone is a seamless process.

Doctors are fantastic, reception staff are always friendly and welcoming! Sometimes u have to wait a little, but well worth it for a decent medical practitioner!

Since when did pensions need 3 blood test from one of your doctors, one blood test is enough.i think its an abusement to the elderly because they cant answer back stop making the older people sicker, they have rights too, their human rights

Dismal lazy staff, Doctors are useless and waste government money (which I have reported), NOT RECOMMENDED unless you want to feel like your waiting for GOD. So yeah, choose another surgery. Absolute joke.

Wow this place used to be great. But now with the new owners, the staff treat you as if your not there, they wonder around smoking, drinking water and doing nothing, ask staff to do something, they ignore you completely and you have to follow up, and still they have done nothing. The new staff are friends of the owners, so they are being paid to do nothing at all. The doctors accuse you of being an addict, even when you have legitimate pain and with proof of long standing injury and medications. I hate this place, recommend to go elsewhere, where you will be treated with respect. Your body knows what is wrong and if a doctor cant agree with what is in front of them! MALPRACTICE SUIT COMING! NOT RECOMMENDED.

Reception staff are friendly and welcoming. I was a bit unsure of seeing a new doctor but am pleased I did the doctor was extremely kind and made me feel as though I was not just another number and showed genuine care for how I was feeling. I highly recommend this practice it was overall a refreshing experience

I get treated like a drug addict every single time I go. I have severe arthritic back pain and am seeking help to find a way to treat it. In a year and a half we are still at step one. They have never ordered an X-ray, failed to agree on my blood results and complain and take forever to look at previous medical results. I didn’t even know what endone was until I was repeatedly accused of seeking it out. The malpractice of this clinic has landed me in hospital and put on addictive drugs to treat anxiety. Luckily I am not an addict but god knows I could have been without the intervention of other doctors. It is very difficult with severe pain to drive to a different clinic. I would recommend going anywhere else.

The Drs are nice but the reception gave me the wrong blood result one time. They mixed mine with some-one else. It was a critical error since it was a male blood sample and I am a female. Always check names of any of your result people! However the medical centre is pretty convenient to where i live!

We travel 30 minutes to come to this clinic, it's worth it. The doctors are great, the staff are friendly, happy and helpful. We don't have to wait too long to see our doctor.)
