Absolutely friendly and helpful doctors and staff. I needed an urgent appointment and they agreed to see me. Dr Imran has done a wonderful job when no any other doctor had an appointment for me till after 3 months.
I would definitely recommend.

Dr Ayaz Aslam - the best doctor in Adelaide and very down to earth person. Very friendly and caring doctor. He is very supportive and give the best advice. I highly recommend Dr Aslam to everyone who is looking for GP.thanks

No appointments online left so I just spoke to receptionist with a question speaking in a quiet normal voice and was spoken to in a patronising way in her sweet little voice. She basically called me a liar and when I asked her to please stop speaking to me like a child she said I was yelling at her? I was not yelling. I asked to speak to someone else. She put me on hold for a while so I ended up hanging up. Terrible service!

Very poor and unprofessional staff over the counter, they send me 4 times wrong bill even after spoken many times, they sending me already Paid bills by my insurance, and outstanding in my account, and never checked by accountant which bill paid or not, I strongly disagree for using these medical services here in future.

I couldn't recommend Dr Brad Wohlers any higher, he has gone above and beyond to address medical needs. Not a corner gets left unturned and I suffer from a complex illness.
I've seen and had to deal with alot of dr's/specialists in my time and he is by far the best doctor I've ever had the privilege of seeing. Also Dr Riffat and Dr Aslam are extremely good as well, Very professional.

Saw Dr Deepa Sinhal and felt that none of my concerns were listened too neither were they addressed and was basically pushed back out the door within 8min of walking into my appointment. Way to treat people when they’re seeking medical attention

Had the worst business transaction with Dr Jawad Amjad - he unprofessionally passed on my personal contact details onto someone without my consent and between him and his wife Dr Anum Qureshi has tried to cover up the whole thing. If you can’t trust a doctor with a simple transaction how can anyone else in community do so too? No one is safe from people who only look out for themselves first before others in the community

I'm continuously getting poor service at this medical centre. My major issue being the main reception staff. They have little to no comprehension of customer service. The attitude on some of the reception staff leaves alot to be desired. I just had a bill sent out to me as a result of the staff not charging my card yet I presented my card during the visit. Will not be continuing with their services.

I forgot to ask for a carer certificate on the time of appointment. When requested next day for a carer certificate the admin asked me to book for an another appointment to ask for the certificate. What a service? I am very disappointed. These people need help.

I recently started going to the Ingle Farm medical centre. I like my doctor, I find him trustworthy, a good communicator, and very thorough. I have a particularly good impression of their admin. Very friendly and they go out of their way to be helpful. They have an excellent attitude towards customer service and it makes a very positive impression.

Dr Jawad Amjad the most rude and dishonest doctor I have ever come across in my time.
For someone who has a medical responsibility to the community inside and outside of work calling himself a “doctor” and throwing his weight around with the “title” I have been diagnosed with “depression” from his gaslighting dishonest antics and rude letters. Would not recommend having any form of transactions with this poor excuse of a GP

I see dr Rifat and he is by far the best doctor I have ever been to. Very thorough, honest, kind and very in touch with his clients needs. Wish all doctors had his compassion and knowledge

The doctors at ingle farm medical are all professional and welcoming. They are thorough and very kind. We see both dr Aslam and dr rifat both have always been amazing. Highly recommended

Good practice and good doctors but the reception staff is rude and behave oddly. It is often said that the receptionists are the ‘face’ of an organisation. In this clinic they are tarnishing the image of the practice.

The new owners have done wonders with this place. Very impressed with the doctor I saw, Dr Riffart. Had not been there for years for many reasons, but basically I was not happy with them. Was forced to go their last week and wow, so much improvement. Will be making this my normal doctors office again.

So I have had a doctors appointment with just about all of the drs from this clinic, and they are all "really good doctors", who take the time to listen to your needs APART from ONE, I've seen this doc a few times and thought maybe he was just having a bad day before I wrote this review, but Dr Rifat has a very rude attitude who gives the impression of wanting you out fast!

Myself and my children have seen dr rifat a few times now and can not fault him. He is very patient and great with dealing with children. When my children are sick they ask me to take them specifically to him. And for myself i have found him to be very thorough and straight to the point. Highly recommend him for children.

Be prepared to wait, confused receptionists do everything the hard way for you, doctors are good when you get your 6 minutes to see them, however everything gets lost and confused if you have an ongoing medical problem and just go round in circles.
