Had to do a job here reception today was probably one of the most most unwelcoming frumpsI ever met

This is a busy surgery & they have had initial teething problems recently, with the changeover of their billing system, as to be expected. It is a one stop shop, with many services available. The reception staff have always been lovely & very helpful.
Dr Abbas is absolutley amazing & I could never thank him enough for the kind, caring & professional healthcare he has provided me & my family for many years.
Looking at the appointments, when booking online, outlines how busy these doctors are, with only 10 minute appointments back to back, which I could only imagine the difficulty of this, considering what is involved in each appointment. I would also imagine, not everyone would make a double appointment when required. It would be good for the practice manager & owner to re-consider these time frames for the wellbeing of these professionals that are trying to provide best practices.
If the time frame of 10 minutes allocated for each appointment cannot be changed, another idea would be to make some allocations as double appointments, as many patients are not aware of this & it would ease the pressure. The cost is not much difference for the patient & hence, why this is likely not advertised. If you make a bussiness within the industry of human services solely about the money, your services cannot be provided adequately.
With that being said, the fast pace of this surgery is handled exeptionally well by all staff

Bad experience, I had phone appointment today with one of the doctors, he shocked me with his bad bedside manner.

I have had tests done and a Dr rang me to discuss the results. I missed the call and rang back and made an appointment. I then get a text message which I thought was spam requesting my credit card, I ignored it do then I get an email stating my appointment was cancelled due to non payment. This is a clear breach of duty of care if my test results need disgussing.

The receptionist is very rude. She was busy talking on the phone. I was waiting for more than 10 minutes to confirm my arrival. When she done, she said you are late and missed your appointment. Very poor customer service.

I have had 2 life changing doctors from this medical Center. Dr. Brad Wholers was my old doctor and he took my case on and helped me get down to the root of my problem being I had carple tunnel syndrome and sciatic nerve damage. When he left I went looking for a new doctor that would help me manage and fix my carple tunnel. I had seen 5 other doctors from different surgeries all over Adelaide and couldn’t find a doctor that would help me. I couldn’t reccomend Dr. Samuel Greenwood enough. I went to my appointment in tears as I had lost faith in the medical system after seeing multiple other doctors and in one appointment we had booked into see an orthopaedic surgeon to start the process of getting surgery in my hands. Thankyou Inglefarm medical Center and Thankyou Dr. Samuel Greenwood. If you’re looking for a doctor to help you look at all the facts and find the best possible solution for you then go to Inglefarm Medical. I won’t go anywhere else and as a single parent with two young girls I wouldn’t take them anywhere else either.

Very poor service. Been visiting this place for an year but they don't care. Been waiting for an hour to see the Dr. Patients who came after me went and saw the Doctor. This is unfair. You guys don't book the appointment an hour prior if the doctor can't see the patient in an order. Everyone's time is valuable. No 1 is free to sit here for hours n ask for their turn.or if you have missed or ignored someone atleast apologise. Not recommended at all. I wish there was a zero star option.

Ingle Farm Medical provide excellent services. My Dr for some time was Dr Ellen, she was excellent and thorough, unfortunately she is no longer there and since then I have seen x2 different Drs and each time I have been treated with care and expertise. Thankyou Ingle Farm Medical

Completely unprofessional. The doctor cancelled my appointment and was not willing to help reschedule to fit my schedule. I spoke to the practice manager and she completely disregarded my feelings and laughed at me on the phone. Totally would not recommend this place. If I could give them no stars I would. Save your time and go to a medical centre that actually cares about its patients.

When you absolutely need to see a doctor today and everywhere else is booked out or closed, you can always rely on this surgery to be open and have available appointments. You won't have to wait past your appointment time AND they bulk bill. Brilliant.

This practice used to be awesome but has gone down hill over the last 2 years.judgmental doctors and staff that just don't care if you can't get a appointment to get vital medicines.will definitely be looking for more professional practitioners

Five minutes late because of severe traffic delay.and the doctor cannot take an appointment.

Our son who is now diagnosed with ASD was pushed aside for a year and we were told "boys are just slower than girls. " 1 year of intervention we lost with our son.

The clinic otherwise is ok but if you let GP's do things like this then you are hardly helping the community. Not saying all the GP's are bad but there is one working here with multiple complaints against his name.

Be careful.

Dr Imran Ali Chaudry is a great doctor. A great listener and truly helpful. The appointments do not feel rushed and you will feel heard and helped out.

I visited doctor Imran Ali Chaudhary. I am taking medical treatment and for that visiting doctor. My private insurance does not cover the cost of specific injection. Doctor Imran Ali Chaudhary didn't know how to inject injection and wasted injection with his mistake. After his mistake he tried to find out sample injection which usually doctors get from marketing companies. I told him that my private insurance company does not cover the cost of prescribed medication and I will wait for your call till next week. It is more than 2 week now I took Medication last (I need to take this injection each week). I called 2-3 times on reception. But I didn't hear anything back from doctor or manager yet. So I have booked appointment for this Monday with same doctor to get the issue solved (he is caring doctor and I trust he will solve this issue). I need solution (cause they can't repay for my medication gap). It is really upsetting and frustrating.if on Monday my issue will be solved I will let you know all so others can take decision before approaching. This one star is for little medical negligence, frustration, disappointment and also one star cause at least reception tried to convey my message to doctor (Hopefully). (Wrote before 3-4 days)

Monday: Issue solved. Starting treatment with the same doctor. As he solved issue can trust him again.

If I could give 10 stars to Dr. Bradley Wohlers I would one of the best doctors ever I'm devastated that he's leaving the clinic Please don't leave Doc

I'm giving 5 stars to Doctor Bradley Wohlers. He is an outstanding Doctor and an asset to the medical field. He is helpful and understanding, He listens and is always on the ball and knows always exactly what to do each and every time. I highly reccomend Doctor Wohlers, his knowledge is incredible and he is appreciated very much.
