I have been a patient at Hyde and Partners for 5 years. This THOUROUGH
team of doctors and nurses and staff have always left me feeling i am in safe hands I would like to make special mention of Dr Van Mali. 20 months ago i was in his office concerned of lack of energy and shortness of breathe. Before the consult was over I had confirmation from the heart Specialist for an appointment next morning 5 days later I was in Ashford Hospital for an angiogram a week later i was back in Ashford Hospital for a quaddruple bypass. I want to thank the team at Hyde and partners especially doctor Van Mali for their caring attitude and thorough approach to medical care

My appointment was for 245 pm and I was advised I would be seeing my doctor in the main building after waiting a hour another doctor come and told me that my doctor was in the other building and the receptionist knew what doctor I was seeing but did not advise me of this at all. When I went over to the other building and eventually seen my doctor she said she was running on time and celled me twice. No communication at all and seems to be a normal issue patients waiting for a hour or more to see their doctors.

Not happy

About 10 years ago I was at gawler hospital and diagnosed with pancreatitis. The main doctor at hyde and partners was consulting on that day at the hospital and falsely accused me of being a drug addict. I was quite offended and told him a few choice words about being unprofessional at which he promptly banned me from the doctors building which Isn't even attached to gawler hospital. I find this man to be EXTREMELY rude and VERY petty as I am still unable to get into the doctors. This has had a toll on my bipolar over the years because the one doctor that I trusted works in that clinic.

I have been going to Hyde and partners since my late teens and I am now 63. The team of Doctors that I have seen over the years have always been lovely and helpful. The staff are lovely. The surgery processes and procedures are very organised. Follow up for procedures via sms is also appreciated. I would highly recommend Hyde & Partners.

Very busy but we were all treated respectfully and thoroughly. COVID19 considered appropriately. Medical practitioners were also polite and caring. A good service.

The practice is well run and includes skilled nurse practitioners. All doctors seem to be of a high standard. I have been seeing Dr. Harris in particular for a few years now and can not rate her highly enough. She is knowledgeable, through and caring. She listens quite closely and pays attention and never rushes a consult. I have lived across the city and seen a few GPs over time but found her to be the best.

I have been going to Hyde & Partners for years, always had great service and found the doctors to be really nice. There isn't anywhere else I would go.

I visited Dr Salvio yesterday. I felt like he was rushing me and in fact he forgot to give me a blood test form. Unfortunately He already had a patient in next room waiting for him to stitch up his head which had been wounded. I knew that patient was waiting for Dr Savio so I can understand why I was rushed out, however I missed having my blood test form given to me.

I have been a patient at this Medical Centre for over 20 years and have always been well looked after.

We have been to Hyde and Partners for over 30 years and have found Drs and admin staff to be professional at all times. No matter how busy they always give their clients the attention required. Highly recommended.
