My husband and I have just moved to the area and needed a new doctor. We're both extremely happy and very comfortable with Dr Gigi. The girls on the desk were all lovely too. Can't rate the practice highly.

The doctors and nurses are fantastic. My boy's have been patients at Hyde and partners for around 14 yrs now.

Always a good experience with all doctors at this practice. Very thorough and caring! Admin staff are excellent too!

Although I feel very comfortable with my GP, it is very frustrating how often the phone call cuts out or the line is engaged when trying to make an appointment.

Hyde and Partners Medical Centre have been our family Doctors for twenty years, in this time they have always been professional and friendly.

The medical and lifestyle advice has been both timely and accurate, we are deeply appreciative of this local support particularly during times of serious medical issues.

The Doctors and staff have always strived to ensure we understand the medical plan and are happy to answer any questions.

No notice before using eftpos of extra charges to use payment this way

Dr Harris is gentle, warm and thorough. My family has been seeing her for 3 years, since moving to Gawler.

Nice new facility, lovely greeting by front desk staff member, only waited a short time for my appointment and was entertained by TV’s on the walls and very comfortable chairs. Nice to see art work on the walls that are available for purchase. Very good overall.

The new Hyde and Partners location being centrally located to the main street and chemists is a plus. It is a well thought out building which accommodates children, has easy access for disabled people and has excellent facilities. Doctors, staff and nurses are always very caring and friendly.

Had my first phone consult for a script this morning, as I couldnt get a normal appointment today, Dr Haslem being fully booked.the consult was arranged for 8-20 am.was called right on time, and had new E-script sent to phone, all sorted in 5 minutes.very happy with phone service, will use again if a normal face to face visit is not available.

Very busy practice and very efficient in customer service at reception. I was a new patient and seen a new Dr whom was very enthusiastic to take down all my details pertaining to health. Very friendly and great listening skills. Look forward to continuing using Hyde & Partners Medical Centre.

Utilisation of Nurse Joe via Telehealth for much need scripts is a true blessing. I will continue to use this service.

Have been attending this practice for over 35years and have been nothing but pleased, great doctors that care for you. All staff are caring and thoughtful.

Although my call was about 30 minutes late (understandably and I'm not complaining) it went very well and I am grateful to have been able to get my scripts done. Many thanks to the Nurse Practitioner

I’ve been living in Gawler ten years and been going to Hyde and Partners the whole time. I’m very happy with all the doctors I’ve seen but but I do try to see Dr Haslam as she is very approachable and easy to ask her questions.

Great service with a laugh and very accommodating and great service from our lovely family Doctor of 20 plus years Dr Kindra thanks to all for today.

I have been attending Hyde and Partner's my whole life and now take my own children here also. The Dr's are amazing and are always so fantastic with my kids. The admin staff always go above and beyond to accommodate for my families needs and always try to find us appointments to suit my busy families needs.

Is there anything your practice can do when doctors are running late like a phone call or text message to let us know as I had to wait 1hour 15 minutes to see my doctor I understand that sometimes an appointment can take longer but a heads up would help

Well organised and polite. Doctors always read my notes before calling me in so cover anything left out or due to discuss.
