Hungry Jack's Burgers Golden Grove

The burger was very nice but compared to maccas the fires weren't as good for the price and they cam less crispy with salt. But compared to most other fast food joints the burgers are better at hungry jacks

The Hungry Jacks double whoppers were very filling. The large Hungry Jacks burgers are what they say they are and that's large.
We were pleased with our meals. Two of us had coke with the meal and I had coffee. My coffee was nice.
Could Hungry Jacks have a Donation Day say 20 cents to 50 cents of each meal go to a Charity.
Could they also have a day where one lucky customer gets their meal free because it's their birthday but they need proof of age. Cheers

I love the burgers at hungry jacks I ate one and it was good. The meals are also a good deal.:)

Good hot food and fine service for a fast food chain.

Very incompetent. Doesn't value other's time. Very slow in store service. Talks to others more than taking their job seriously.

Absolutely terrible! Worst place ever. Well.for me anyway. I'm a full-time carer for my mum, and as a treat every now and again I get her the the classic tender crisp burger. Usually from ingle farm or ridgehaven. Both those stores are great. My mum can't eat mayonnaise so I obviously ask for it without, and when I get home I add beetroot as she likes it. Unfortunately I was shopping at Golden grove so I thought I would surprise my mum. Oh how I was wrong. First I'm waiting in the drive through for a very long time. But that's OK.its a special order. Another car pulls up behind and I'm asked to move to the waiting bay. That's OK. Its a special order. Waiting for 6 minutes after that a girl comes out but I can see order has coffee, so thinking not mine. She asks if it's my order I reply no. No one else is in waiting bay so she starts wondering through the car park to find the mystery person who has this order. (Not my order) finally she finds the mystery person. Thank goodness.the suspense was killing me.when she finally walks past my car, I ask her if she knows when my order is coming as been waiting a while. She responds pleasantly it's on its way. Less than one minute later my order arrives. I check it as I always do as my mum can't have mayonnaise. OK. Food is stone-cold, meat is hard as a rock, and guess what.you guessed right it had mayonnaise. Surprise surprise.so I had no choice but to go in the store. Maybe they should get rid of drive through at golden grove. I asked the girl serving at the counter if she could check my order. After a couple of minutes she finally responded with what my order was. But when i said I ordered it with no mayonnaise, she told me I was wrong. I said to her that I always order with no mayonnaise. But let's just say I'm wrong as she quite blatantly told me so. What about the burger being stone-cold and the chicken patty as hard as a rock, and also my ridiculous waiting time? She had no answer. I had a knew one made. No mayonnaise and it took under a minute? HOW? And still it was terrible. Ended up putting it in the bin and going elsewhere. I'm never going to Golden Grove hungry jacks again. Very poor service. And disrespectful staff.

Almost forgot my hashbrown, saw them take it out of a previous order that had left it behind cause the wait was too long. Nothing like a secondhand hashbrown

Better than THE WORST HJs at Ingle Farm. (not saying much) BUT how does a burned dry burger compare with whats on menu board. SADLY!

Was good, had the big jack burger.reminds me more of what the big Mac tasted like when I was a kid even the smell. Think they're better than the big mac.

Pretty standard HJ's, nothing new to see here. Playground equipment was clean for young grandson's birthday gathering.

The manager on duty around midday on 12/11/20 should never work in customer service. Absolutely disgraceful behaviour from a social cripple. Even his staff admitted there had been many complaints about him.

The food is good. But why hasn't the outdoor area been opened by now? It has been closed since the start of Covid-19. We would feel much safer to eat outdoors due to Covid-19 and so do many more people with us.

Golden grove ghetto burgers. They do the best bacon deluxes here. 4 stars only because Hungry Jacks won't bring back the Yumbo

The playground is filthy. Hasn't been properly cleaned in months. The table tops are very dirty and haven't been properly cleaned either. Sticky and grease everywhere. Yuck!

It's Hungry Jack's. You know what to expect. No more, no less. I will say, HJ's chips are heaps better than Maccas fries.

Store was quiet. Yet staff took several minutes to serve me. A young lady seen me and proceeded to make a coffees. I wouldn't have minded if she atleast spoke and said something like won't be a moment or even a hello.

Nearly 10 minutes to get a tropical burger and coke. The guy served after me only waited 3-4 minutes and she apologised and gave him free chips. I didn't even get a sorry for the wait. Biggest let down though was waiting so long for a dead cold burger.

Friendly staff but we had to wait a long time for one of the burgers (a promo burger). They did give us a free large fries to apologise and staff were lovely at advising us of the delay, unlike my previous visit where they also had a considerable delay. I have been really disappointed lately about the cleanliness of this store, it used to be quite a clean store but the tables don't seem to get cleaned as much.

Super clean store with friendly efficient staff and perfectly cooked food. New favourite since i no longer go to Macxas after they seem to no longer care for customers and force people to use machines that dont work because staff dont clean them (Elizabeth)

Great services, providing wheelchair access and seats. The food served is suitable for all with different diets.
