Hungry Jack's Burgers Golden Grove

We had the worst experience a couple of years ago at the Ridgehaven store and vowed to not go back. We thought after a couple of years to try Golden Grove store. Staff were pleasant and there was only 1 other customer order, So not overly busy. When we got home we were missing a $12 burger. It was too late & too far to go back. Extremely annoying as we're out of pocket and someone missed out on their burger. Won't ever go back. Next time it will be McDonald's for sure.

The manager that served me today at the drive thru around 5: 15pm was very rude and unprofessional.

Very very bad experience with manager his name is Sunny I give customise order every time in hungry jacks and they refuse to take this order and when there is one girl taking my order then manager told me like we are not taking customise order and over franchise is different from another store what a good joke same name but different menu

Confirming my meal 3 times and still missing items!
Once missing items received, food was dry, stale and on just warm! The lettuce on one of the burgers was clearly old and some near black!

We usually order from here like from 4year and today the front staff sounded rude when they gave us the wrong order and we asked them to change it very disappointing and disrespectful never gonna order again in life

NEVER order uber/menu log etc with this lot. Always forgets something. Ordered a few times now and without fail half the order is missing.

Absolutely hopeless! I have now lost count of the amount of times I have ordered a SOY flat white and I am given cows milk! I even double check when paying and ask as the coffee is handed to me “is this definitely soy milk” they always say yes regardless. Back to McDonald’s for my coffees

Very disappointed with new chicken pieces. They are small, more like chicken nuggets, nothing like shown on TV commercial and very expensive for what you get.

Don’t know why I keep going back. Just had the little Indian lady manager laugh at me 3 times! Always poorly made, orders never right, cold food, constantly taking food back. This time I went in after having to take burger back. I see why the burger was in the box deconstructed…. They literally put the bottom on one side of the box, the top on the lid and flip the burger top on when closing the lid. That’s 45 minutes of my life I’ll never get back. Train your poor staff properly! Would never let my child work here. Never offered a refund. Told them I won’t be returning. I’ll travel to ridgehaven and she laughed again. Worst store in Adelaide for sure! Wouldn’t even give it 1 star but had to to leave a review. Life ya game managers! Wish I could add a photo of the disgusting burger we originally received.

This is my vegan burger with extra mayo ketchup and pickles and it tastes like old beer and was very expensive and cold via uber eats

Had takeaway, got home, and none of the order was correct. Had specifically said no pickles - I hate pickles - had to throw the food away. What a waste

Always a hit-and-miss with this store. Sometimes they get it right and follow customisation notes sometimes they don't

Worst Hungry jacks. No thick shakes again, machine broken, cold chips, always get orders wrong.

Ordered tropical whoppers took ages to get our order only to be given someone else's order.

Their drive-through service is a disgrace. The food is terrible. It’s like they made the burger and threw it together from 2 m away.

Food was cold, drove back around & told to wait as fresh food was being cooked. It didnt come out after 12 minutes so Walked in & was given another cold lunch!

Second time I have been to this fast food store. Ordered a stunner deal and only after I ordered and paid for the meal. I was told thier icecream machine was not working. At my last visit the ice cream machine was not working. And the drive through orders and uber eats orders were put ahead of customers in store. Not very professional.

A little slow on the drive-thru, watched uber orders getting prepared whilst we had to wait for our order.

Recently my wife and I had dinner here, burger's were very average, they no longer do egg on burgers after 11.00am very disappointing. On the way out we dicided to get a couple of storms and we're told they had no ice cream very annoying. The girl who was serving us was way to interested in talking to her friend who was on our side of the counter. She needs to do her job and not socialize, poor customer service.
