Hungry Jack's Burgers Golden Grove

The literal worst Hungry Jacks in Adelaide. They consistently get orders wrong, no matter the time of day.

Feedback is never listened too, as this has continued to happen months after given.

Today we had lunch at Hungry Jacks Golden Grove and there was nothing good about it at all. We ordered via the HJ app and when we showed our order number to the staff member she looks like she has never seen the app before. She literally just stood there saying, oh okay. Then she asks another staff member, she too just stood there looking at the order on our phone saying nothing. My husband after a couple of minutes actually had to ask, well can you check where our order is. Eventually she found our order, right behind her, after asking yet another staff member. Then, we had to wait for them to make the lattes OMG! When we finally get all of our meal, we were disappointed further. The chips were lukewarm and not fresh, the burger was slapped together really badly, was so small and tasted average and the lattes were not lattes. The milk was so watery, no frothy milk at all. They also covered the top in a chocolate powder which is not used on a latte. Overall, a very bad experience, we will never be eating at Hungry Jacks again!

Moved to area eaten here at least five times an EVERY time I order in drive through

oh there will b a short wait can u wait in waiting bay I mean once it twice but it's 7: 40am in the morning ur not swamped with customers an I order two bacon an eggs muffins

It was really disappointing, after eating I was regretting buying the food, cheeseburger was dry and tastelessness and gross. The whopper and chips were the only good part. Wouldn’t spend my money at hungry jacks again.

Giving this place a bad review as it was every dirty tables and floor when asking someone to if they could please been cleaned they started but then the poor lad got asked back behind the counter it is a shame that it should look like this its ment to be a restaurant were you can go out very sad to see will not be coming back here again to eat

Went to hungry jacks tonight with my family and not one single table was Clean food every we're disgusting and disappointed then wen I went to ask someone to come clean the table's he cleaned one table and the went back to the Counter then the the management proceeded to get to call the kid back and what is looked like he got into trouble for doing he's job shame on the management poor kid

Very very poor not happy at all, staff had no idea what they were doing. I was charged wrong, then fixed that then got the wrong dinner but I couldn't be bothered to sort it out. Want be going there again staff to busy have a chat with each other.

I ordered a double cheese burger with bacon it was cold an dry, I had to wait till I got home to microwave to just melt the cheese

The burger buns were burnt. Hardly any salad or sauce. Wrong whopper burger had to be replaced bun still wrong. Staff polite.

The playground is filthy. Hasn't been properly cleaned in months. The table tops are very dirty and haven't been properly cleaned either. Sticky and grease everywhere. Yuck!

Furthermore, the French fries are way too salty. Almost inedible.

Cold Burger's Again!
Pay for added extra's.always check before leaving.this HJ takes the extra money but only 50% of the time will appear on your burger.

Got the order wrong had to wait 10mins for the burger and drowned it with tomato sauce not edible.

Quick drive through service but the sound usually not very clear maybe because the staff wearing masks

It was disgusting ordered new chicken burger which wasn't cooked returned it for another which never arrived so asked for refund
Also very dirty tables not wiped
Would not recommend

Was a bit disappointed with HJ’s last night. Service was very slow, they appeared to be understaffed on front counter, with one boy- Fin serving. Customer service was lacking, there was not much knowledge of products and not much proper customer service and communication. Once my order was received, it was missing a sauce to which I asked for and received it in a Sunday container, and there was lettuce in my sauce. Fast food is fast food, and you can’t expect too much but this was truly lacking.

One of the worst experiences in a fast food outlet ever. The ladt who served me interupted service by serving the drive through, then did not ask what I would like for my drink or my hunger tamers burger and got the burger wrong. Simply because she couldn't be bothered asking. Then the burgers were soggy because the vast amount of sauce that the burger was covered in from the outside.
Would never come back after this, terrible and clueless service with awful food.

Ordered 2 meal tonight, staff forgot to give me 2 ice cream.still 5 stars for hard working, hospitality is hard job.wish I get my full meal when I order next time.

No mayo, yes ok no mayo, receives meal, no mayo right? Yep 100% no mayo. Guess what I got, mayo.

Very clean nice and friendly staff, one of the best we haved dined in, and our grandchildren had a ball

Having recently moved to Golden Grove from Elizabeth I was surprised by the quality of the burgers and fries. The meat is often over cooked and hard around the edges, and I've never had hot fries. Mostly the food is luke warm. I always use the Drive Thru. I cannot complain about the staff or friendly service.
