We had onion rings and they were disgusting! Took them back to the front and asked for another batch and got told that they are all like that, they get cooked for 2 minutes and 37 seconds, I can give u some sauce to hide the taste.you are not the only person to have complained.just plain rude.

Food is good but went to wash my hands prior to eating and came out of toilet feeling dirtier than when i went in. Not the first time i have noticed poor state of toilets at this franchise. Up your game HJs Nurioitpa.

Nuriootpa store is always slow, even when there are only two cars in front of you and barely any people in the restaurant. Have had to wait over 20 minutes for a damn ice cream that was melted by the time i got there. Have had to sit and wait in drive through for 10 minutes behind two cars and then when it was my turn, waited another 10 for two damn bits of muffin with bacon and egg in the middle. I have worked at hjs as a teenager and they taught us to get food ready as soon as its been ordered - 3 minute rule for drive through, which obviously does not apply for this store.

Wasn't as fast as fast food derives it's name from ordered and has to wait in bay for 15min it's only takes 2min to to microwave them. Staff emotionless and slow. Got the full order for a change and the burger was hot!

Nuriootpa Hungry jacks must be the SLOWEST fast food place ever at 10.13pm went thru drive thru to get 3uce cream cones & frozen coke drove out of there at 10 26pm with only 3 cars in front of us

We called in late so were the only customers. I must say the burgers were amazing! Hot, fresh, tasty! Nice pair of friendly guys running the place as well. Very positive experience.

Better than McDonalds, food is hotter, drinks are better tasting and ice creams are better quality. Would always go back to HJ's

Nuriootpa staff extremely busy for a while after Faith Lutheran College year 12 graduation at Tanunda service ended, but coped very well under high pressure, with many patient but happy customers)

Favourite fast food place. Always clean, sometimes very busy, but I do not mind the short wait.

Was bad cashier working and was quite awkward. Meal was satisfactory. Would go again because usually get a good service

Got a large meal on the way home from a dinner shift. Got home only to find my large chips and large onion rings were only half full. Not happy, definitely wont be going back

Service is friendly but slow, especially through the drive through.
Food is average - chips in particular are, 90% of the time, cold or inedible. Coffee is definitely not worth drinking either.
Very disappointing.

Got the manager he was really really helpful! Ive been looking for a burger with potato in it for probably 3 yrs HAHA and he found a burger for me today with infact a hash brown so i was very impressed and happy customer! Best service from Hungry Jacks ive ever experienced well done

Alright service, staff not as inviting as usual. Ordered a ham, cheese and tomato toasty, which could have been cooked a bit more.

Every time my sons go to buy me a Latte or Capucinno the machine is either being cleaned or is broken. Doesnt matter if its before lunch or afternoon or 8pm I can never get one! Not happy Jan

Use of drive through ok sometimes really quick then it can be a real wait. Food always good and consistent
