Hungry Jack's

Dirty toilet rooms and inside in general. The food is bad. Depends on who serves you depends on the quality of service.

Me and my stepdaughter stay at the Vine Court in the Barossa. On the 15th - 22nd of December 2023. We have fun in the Barossa Valley. Thank you to the team at the Hungry Jack's. For there wonderful hospitality. We look forward to coming back next year in October 2024.

Food was ok but service a bit slow, small restaurant and just feels crowded even with only a few in it, definitely a drive-thru that just happens to have some seats indoors.

An overworked employee was trying to serve the drive through and front counter. Slow and waited a long time. However the coffee was very good. The sound system was so loud that I wanted to get out ASAP. Maybe that's what they wanted?

Best place to be anytime its within walking distance of everything and the people are super friendly and the food is just as great, they have NEVER messed up my order and would is the nicest non-local fast food in the valley.

Great for take-away or eat-in dining also has drive-through. Staff are very friendly and helpful. Very clean and tidy with reasonable prices for food

Not the best, slow service took forever to get our order at 11.30am not exactly a busy time, but the food was up to its normal quality, place looked a little untidy. I rate it 6/10

Everytime I’ve gone here in the last few months, the service has been amazing. Always quick and have never stuffed up my burgers (I’m fussy so a few things are always asked to be taken off)

The customer service was absolutely wonderful after more than 40 years Of eating at hungry Jacks I have never seen anyone as kind as well as polite as she was

Went to Hj's and was served by a girl named Jessica, dispite having quite a few people to deal with she still gave me amazing service and didn't mess up more order

Every single person i know, including myself has had to wait such a long time for any food and its always cold and hard.like what is going on back there? No other hungry jacks is like this just the Nuriootpa one. Im glad we have kfc and McDonald's now.

Came in here for dinner with some friends. Waited a long time for my meal. Ordered burger, chips, storm and some nuggies. Staff was walking around looking clueless what they were doing. Eventually got my food. Burger was average, didn’t look appealing to eat but satisfactory experience all up.

Slow service every time we’ve been and often missing parts of the order. Want to love it but it’s happened too many times.

Approx 13: 10 on 29/03/22 three attempts were made to acquire an edible cheese and bacon chicken burger. The first was bad, the second had no cheese or bacon and this image shows the final attempt which was as bad as the first. I gave up and felt embarrassed for the staff.
The two stars represent ok fries and a thick shake.

The kids there/ everywhere do not care about checking a screen and putting food in a bag or tray.
The amount of mistake made at these places must be daily.daily.repeating.

Everytime we go here lately we have had to wait in the waiting bay up to 10-15mins not once I've been there recently where I've had my meal at the window

Cold burger with sauce literally slipping out the side… impossible to eat elegantly. Chicken burger dripping in oil

The worst hungry jacks in SA. Doesn’t matter what time of the day or night the food is mediocre at best, the drinks are weak as p! Ss.

Only getting 2 stars because it was a hot day and the frozen drinks helped. Ordered 3 meals, waited 30 minutes, chips has that much salt none of us could eat them, staff members coming in and out of the staff door all pushed past me (I was standing to the side in the waiting area) no manners no "excuse me". The way the staff talk to customers at the front counter was rude, 1 staff member looked at me and said "hold for a moment" in a very rude way, made me feel like I was on the phone to centrelink.

Won't be going back.
