Clean and tranquil location.

The only issue that I had faced, was, that the person whom had served me seemed to be in training, but did not have a training badge on.

The food was excellent and the workers were polite.

Great staff, yucky food. And the HJ Cola. Is it the machine or the drink I order. Maybe it's the the cup or my taste buds. I swear the standard is the same everywhere. I applaud maintaining the disappointment standard. The pesticide like after taste ‍. What's in the Cola?

Absolutely love the fries and Delux shakes though.

Ordered twice. Both times they mistook the orders. I didnt take them back as I couldnt be bothered, they should probably hire more people to keep up with lunch rush.

Tried to order after hubby had finishing his order, the girl who was standing in front of the till who had made eye contact with me walked away as I tried to order and stood a few metres away talking to another worker, within seconds, a young male walked up to the counter, again eye contact was made and I asked If I could order an item, he rang something up on the till and proceeded to put his own money in the till and take the change out. Assumed it was for the company, but annoyed at the lack of reply to tell me they couldn't take my order at that time.

Can’t wait for this place to shut down once McDonald’s and kfc are built. They don’t care what service they provide because there the only option but soon they won’t be. I can’t begin to imagine what the young people here will be like in there next job after school if they are being taught that what they provide is acceptable. Can never get a order right. Not the size or order itself. I don’t like paying for large meals only to get medium. Poorly made and never seems to get any better no matter how often they get complaints. Have emailed corporate with complaints and have never received any replies instead I get promotional emails. Seems like they have time to promote there business but not address the complaints of customers. Wish I could give 0 stars

Food was good but drive thru service is so slow - could have driven to gawler and back for a burger and would have been quicker.

We visited for lunch, noting the hastily written "cash only"sign on the door. We had cash, no problem.
But the issue was far worse than we thought. The entire computer system in the store was down, and had been for most of the day.
The wait to order was about the same time as usual.

Our orders were taken. Prices looked up on a printout. Cost and change worked out on a calculator. Order sent to the kitchen the old fashioned way. We got our correct order, at the correct price, without any delay?

The store was very clean (no shirking on cleaning duties just because other things are harder to do)?

Staff were friendly, helpful, cheery and confident through what was a difficult and unexpected problem.

Well done to the whole crew!

(Oh, and the onion rings are still great)

It's a hungry jacks, the food is what you would expect, the staff are hit and miss ie some are very good some don't want to be there and it shows, but I don't want that job either as customers can make it unpleasant by being rude and disruptive.
I would not use there delivery services as they are dodgy at best and if they make a mistake it is some how your fault.

As usual the staff were all very young but they stayed on task generally and produced quality product. Could have been quicker but the result was acceptable.

This is my go to place for breakfast on my regular trips to Adelaide. The food is always fresh and the staff always friendly. 10/10

The reason I like nuriootpa hungry jacks because I'm local and it's good to support local businesses plus never had a experience.

It was dirty, tables weren't wiped down when patrons left. I felt uncomfortable so we took our meal to park opposite. No complaint with food.

This was the worst experience I have ever had in the food/beverage industry. I respect Hungry Jack's as a long running and highly competitive fast food chain that has in the past left me satisfied.

However very early on the 5th of June 2020 (between midnight and one in the morning) I was overwhelming disappointed with this company. Not because of the product, but the person attempting to sell it to me. He would be either in his twenties or early thirties, wore glasses and a black shirt and was a "truly uncomfortable" person to spend even a small amount of time with. I will be following this through as far as I can. I plan to complain on every platform that I can be heard from. I love this company but if this is the service I can expect then I will gladly take my money elsewhere (indefinitely). He works at hungry jacks Nuriootpa. He's letting the team down. I for one will not forget this poor moment in the history of hungry jacks.

Wanted a cheeseburger but Maccas is too far away. Settled for Hungry Jacks. We're only eating out every 2 weeks currently to save money due to Covid, and this was the biggest waste of money! They forgot multiple things in our order but made us feel rushed to drive off before we could check it since there were multiple people in line. The nuggets were stone cold and no sauce to go with them. Burgers were slapped together, overdone and dry. They also forgot my Drumstick! I was so disappointed. Should've just made the long trek to Maccas. Don't waste your money!

Ordered the wrong ice cream and asked to order a different one once we got to the window and because we already paid the man said no and refused to let us order the one we wanted even though we were going to pay for it. Bad service.

Every. Single. Time. They will mess up the order. They are rude over the telecom and there’s a particular manager, real tall and skinny who will give you lip if you complain.

I have refrained from posting before in hope that this fast food outlet would ultimately improve from its foundings now already years ago. Unfortunately I sacrifice my better judgement because of the grand children and still come back. As per lots of previous posts, slow drive through, I have had 10 to 15 minute wait times, very rarely the order is correct, even though they read back what you order, its not what you get! We have learnt to check our meal before leaving for home, I don't even get correct meals over the counter, I do speak English. Only just recently in the last three weeks, we obviously had a inexperienced person on the till at a very busy time, not knowing how to swap out chips to onion rings or drinks as he was asking other staff packing orders, lines miles long, a failure to manage staff correctly and yet another addition to where I did not get my order correct, with my partner having to go back twice to make corrections and then to also complain that the icecreams that came with the stunner meals were sitting on the front counter melting whilst we ate our meal after having the staff suggest we get them at the end of the meal to prevent them from melting! Just so sad, just really cannot credit this store over now a very long time with any real good service or also any good food as even that is below what is Hungry Jack's standard. I could just keep typing.

When it came to lunch time my friends and i decided to go to hungry jacks and because i hadn’t eaten all day I ordered a medium whopper meal with onion rings on the side and about 2 hours later i was laying in bed in agony not being able to sit, stand or even get up to the toilet with it hurting and making me feel sick to the point i was going to vomit. I was constantly going hot and cold and having shivers all over my body. I will never buy anything from here ever again.

Slowest fast food restaurant Ive ever been to. You could order a small coke and still get sent to the waiting bay.
Kids food is ridiculously hot and without a pop top option thus unbelievably inconvenient.
Burgers are just sloppy messes of muck.
I'd give it zero stars if it were possible
