HJ much better service and quality than McDonalds. At least the staff are polite and friendly here. Inside is very clean and well maintained.

Very dirty. Didn't feel comfortable eating in there. Someone did start to wipe tables once we were leaving though. Whopper was good

It's ok if you don't have kids but as a family man with a young child there was no play ground for the kids so didn't make for a pleasant time and very slow service

The girl serving food was ridiculously happy it's great to see someone actually love their job.

Hungry Jacks, Elizabeth, guilty pleasure, coffee & a whopper, double gerkins. Naughty, but oh so nice. Staff helpful, nice & clean.

@Cheryl Turnwald I like it better since it's an actual "Fast Food" restaurant as apposed to a fake gourmet cafe style. I hope you guys keep it this way with the neons on the roof because it's pretty cool. The food and the service is pretty good to.

Used to frequent HJ's a lot, but since they have not focused on customer service so much, removed a lot of the free drinks etc, we have faded away from them. They still make the best burgers!

Ok WiFi doesn't work properly unfortunate app freezes and shake and win app does not work and when it does work it shuts server down when you win anything free on the shake and win app I tried 2 times myself too see if it was an issue with my childrens phones but same happens with all diners at Elizabeth hungry jacks. Boo

Best ham and cheese toastie at 7am with a nice hot cappuccino. They must have better staff now, very polite and a nice clean eat in restaurant as well. Highly recommend breakfast at HJ's as they have the advertiser to read for free as well. It's great.

Ordered a vegan cheese burger - theyre delicious the 5 extra litres of lettuce wasnt neccesary though

Food was good. Most of the tables were dirty and covered in litter. Pretty dated. Definitely needs a facelift

The burgers really are better at this Hungry Jacks with great meal options and a stylish interior it is a great place if your looking for a nice lunch.

In general for fast food, the quality of product service is okay but this morning I went to get a ham and cheeze toasted sandwich, the staff were not very friendly and did not put ham in my toasted sandwich?
I'm always polite, treat people the way I like to be treated, so maybe the staff member was having a bad morning. Not good, bad service and bad product in one.
Sure, I could drive all the way back to complain but this is more effective and people should know.

We usually enjoy a trip to Hungry Jacks although when I order a double bacon cheeseburger deluxe they usually give me a bacon double cheeseburger Deluxe so instead of the double bacon I get the double cheeseburger not real happy about that but it's still good

They never fill the ice cream cones and they also don’t fill the sundaes up anymore. When I asked who decided to rip off customers I was told it was the store manager! Food is always slap dash and things you pay for are always missing or cold. Staff are quite rude also.
