Hungry Jack's

A huge car park. Easy to get to and around to order. The restaurant is very big as well plenty of space

Staff are trying their best but just sitting in a unmarked park waiting for a “Super Stunner meal” and coffee.
Not sure if I’m in the right place as can’t see any designated area in this light and confusion of KFC and Servo thoroughfares.
Super Stunner comes with a mini drumstick which they are out of. Offered substitutes but then told I had to PAY EXTRA because it cost more than the drumstick.
I said to cancel the dessert but told I couldn’t because one comes with the meal so I have to order one? Just about to cancel order when charged original price
Now waiting and waiting.
Meal brought out minus the dessert.
Dessert supplied and I was wished a “good night”.
Like I said, the school kids are trying but they can only work with what their management give them and expecting someone to pay Xtra for a substitution is just rude!

Hungry jack was perfect place to go to celebrate a birthday i got given a birthday whopper for free thanks to those who run the system of hungry jack GOD bless you all

I have been grabbing the same brekky meal for a few weeks now after dropping off my daughter to daycare. It is the one time of day I get my food to myself and a half hour of me time.

The staff this morning were excellent. I didnt grab her name but the manager with Red hair has a great customer presence and you can tell she cares about her staff.

My coffee was delicious and you can tell the staff care, she was very proud of having made a coffee art heart on my latte and so she should be. Sorry I only took a photo once i was home and the drive disrupted it a bit:)

My wrap was delicious as usual and the hashbrowns were fresh, hot and crispy.

I dont think a better experience is possible and that was just through the drive thru.

Unfortunately there is a hateful rude staff member that discriminates against people with disabilities and uses vile and vulgar language

Delicious food. Very friendly professional staff. Good order times from ordering to handing over. Correct food items given each time. Will definitely recommend hungry jacks burgers elizabeth. Restaurant was well presented. Restaurant was clean and tidy. Tables were clean. No rubbish left around. Music was a great volume. Not too loud. But loud enough to hear it.

I asked and had to pay more for extra Sauce and biscuit but received less than what I got the first time I ordered this drink

To start didn't have the burgers I wanted. Offered a sub of Rebel Whopper patties which were burnt and only one per burger (meant to be 2) Then ripped off again by around $6 by getting medium frozen drinks @$3.90ea! (Ordered large @$1ea). Sort it out

The app showed me a $10 offer, 18 nugs and 2 medium chips. So good! Cheers HJs Eliz. The team were helpful and gave me 4 dipping sauces

Just pulled in here to try the new warhead drinks. Not bad at all. But I'm probably used to sour stuff.

Saturday night around 11: 00pm I was in Hungary jacks Elizabeth with my little son he liked those GLASS, THAT, they give you if you buy larg meals. My son realy like it because one of his friends got and he wanted one as well, I asked them to give me 3 large meals, they gave me, but they REFUSED to give me the GLASSES, THEY said you have to pay 5$ for each GLASS! I really got angry, I wanted to give back all the meals, but my SON cried and we went out.
It's really SAD, WE have been bought meals from there many times, I think I paid couple of thousands of Dollars for the last year, I was their customer, bad service, LOOKS RACIST‍? My kid cried, NOT GOOD

Dirty inside. Toilet was disgusting! Services was quick, but it's grotty on tables, chair, seat area

My order took 10 minutes to get most people go through the drive-thru these days but I still like to go in store but if are going in store new don't get priority

A homeless man came into the store at Elizabeth and went around the side next to there toilets and turned right and came out with some air freshers in his hand and then he tosed the air freshers into the bin and walked out with the inside of air freshers in his hand me and my mate wach him do this and we both told the dark young girl with came out to clean the tables about what happened we said let your manager know what we had seen and we told her that he was outside but she just didn't care about at what had happened shame on that store even when the management came out he didn't seem to care either what a waste of time telling that store about it i say sack both of them and get better management in that store

Manager was overseeing the training of a new member. The new guy got rid of the bin with the same gloves he served me with, the same ones he gave me my food and the same ones he used to scratch his hair.

The smoke house whopper is really good but the onion rings on there own are revolting you can't win em all oily and a bad after taste in the mouth

A typical hungry jacks. A traditional stand alone restaurant so it has a drive through and a playground! Not like most new ones attached to service stations. Food is hot and fresh and the child staff are friendly and efficient

Really slow service, I've never been to a fast food place that is constantly as slow as this place. Both the drive thru and in store. Even when their is no one else there expect a long wait

Service was good here, the lady was very polite and repeated my order back correctly. I ordered a cheeseburger stunner, the burger minus pickle and mustard, added lettuce and mayo but the burger was given to me with mustard and minimal lettuce. The chips were fresh but could do with more seasoning.
