The service is great here, they make your food quickly, and they're very polite to the customers. Great place for a quick feed.

It's a decent hungry jacks, it's quick and easy to order, and they bring out my food in relatively quick speed, but it is common to get atleast 1 thing in my order wrong, and sometimes it can get kinda annoying

We order for the kids every Friday, they get my order right about half the time But they do give the meal again for free when they stuff it up.

Burger was cold. Chips were cold and onion ring were like they had been cooked 3 times and still wasn't warm.

Ordered through the drive through only for the order to be wrong.took the order in on foot only to be ignored and served after new customers walked in.then the wrong order was thrown into the bin, wasting perfectly edible foods.then had to wait even longer for the correct order.must of been a bad night or something.
The rebel whopper was dryer than an old lady in the desert too.

Bad behaviour from staff, I usually get my foods by drive through, and the staffs are very angry and it looks they don't have time, they through out the foods to us and shut the windows!

Normally pretty good. Recently ordered the Bacon Deluxe Hunger Tamers Box via Menulog. Got the dipping sauce, but not the nuggets. I was really looking forward to the nuggets.

Had to drive to Elizabeth from an hour away. Got hungry and we ordered our meals. It’s been the best burgers for many years. The onion rings were crunchy and. It was finger licking good. Staff were friendly and great. Wished it wasn’t an hour away! We have closer stores and they don’t compare to the food we got. Thanks staff at the Elizabeth store!

Whot happened to the sayin that floged the TV in the 80z) it takes two handz to Handel a wopper ahhh well i had two bacon cheese burger deluxes.u know how small they are two two nice loved them glad i got the voucher thow well until i get vouchers again iyl injoy the break

Not as tasty as I thought the chip butty berger would be. 2 of the burgers were cold whopper and chip butty. The service girl didn't know what to do, and got very little help from supervisor, even though it was not busy. Service was slow.

Had bit trouble with vouchers 2 for one asked for bacon deluxe and got 2 whoppers no cheese and they were cold and discusting. Couldn't take back was home by then. I am angry because it has happened 2 times in as many visits. But normally great place and fresh normally?

Service is terrible.drive thru & told to wait in the Carpark for our order. 10 minutes. NO ONE ELSE HAD TO WAIT. At least 8 other cars went thru without waiting.the burgers tasted like they had sat for some time before being bought out to us. Never again.

Careless staff who always mess up the order.slow customer service.disgusting food.

They have left me disappointed every single time that I have been here so I have to give them the review that they deserve. I live close to this Hungry but I go to Munno Para one which is way better.

I went to this place last night they messed up my change twice waited forever until they gave me the right change. By the time I got home my burger and fries was cold. The only thing that was good was my burger after I heated it back up

Standard HJ restaurant, good customer service. However the quality control need improvement. Occasionally the chips has less portion or flavorless.

First time at hungry jacks and very impressed. As an Older couple we were over the moon at not having to self order. Menu was set up clearly in front of us. Staff friendly, the food we ate was fresh, and staff very helpful. Sorry Maacca, s. Hate your computer's

At Nuriootpa food good but drive through can be slow, either from too many cars or staff slower than other fast food places.

Went here on the weekend and I was extremely unimpressed.
I pulled the chips out of the bag and they were half full and no there wasn't any bag chips.

Staff were friendly and helpful, however they were obviously overworked and tired. The wait was phenomenal but that might have been a busy drive through (which I understand gets preference) toilet was mildly clean but door broken. Eating area was rather messy but I believe it would be better with better staffing levels.

The last time we visited a hungry jacks was about 5 years ago. And I actually really used to enjoy the grilled chicken burger. Was definitely the worst burger and fries I'd eaten. Burger was hardly there and chips were so over cooked. Very disappointed
