The price you pay for hungry jacks is a premium these days.
$27 for two regular meals is almost comparable to a fancy burger establishment yet HJ's is still way off.
The packaging is great but that's where it stops.
The burgers lack flavour and the bacon is tough and not edible.

Waited 15 minutes in drive through before I drove away without any food. No apologies for the delay.

It was really good. Hungry Jacks is my ultimate favourite fast food restaurant. I loved it since I was a child. I loved their quote "the burgers are better at Hungry Jacks" and it's so very true.

Anzac highway worst hungry jacks ever.went through drivethrough burgers squished and cold old chips had to go back in they didnt give change and they forgot to give half the meal then had to ask for sauce for nuggets cos they were too tight to give up a dipping sauce and they gave us a whole 2 napkins good on you hungry jacks! Looks like i wont EVER come here again!

Food and service great. As a parent I have to say the playground was disgusting. Old food and rubbish scattered everywhere. Children by nature investigate, mine is no exception. Had to intervene multiple times to stop child picking up old food and discarded trash.

Okay place. Burgers were rushed and mine wasn't that hot. I saw my order sitting there with a sundae while orders after mine were given my missing item (chips) before my order. I won't be rushing back here.

The girl at the front was not at all amiable, has not even passed smile and this does not come under good customer service skills. Was looking so rude.highly disappointed.

I ordered a strawberry milkshake, but I got an Oreo one instead. It was much better. I think they had my best interests at heart. 10/10 would trust them with my order again.

We went there on public holiday. There were 5-6 team members were behind the counter most of them were not doing anything. Only one girl was serving, rest were talking to each other but were not ready to serve us. Giving us scary look like they dont want to work and we will give them work. Waited 10 mins then we walked off without ordering anything. Bit weird as per the reputation of HJ.

A terrible service, the burger was served cold. Instead of apologising, the manager said if you want extra hot burger just let us know. So unprofessional.

You never get what you order, I just have a bacon deluxe I remember when these first came out what the picture was is what you got but now its its nothing like it

Quick and tasty service and better than the original Burger King and McDonald's. They have a nice play area for kids to lose their calories after a big burger. The food is tasty and warm with a wide range of foods and meals. If you so happen to have a family of 6 or more, you can ask for deals for a family of 6 or more, and they will give you a full sheet of vouchers. Over all, I really reccomed coming here.

Delicious $1 slushies, chicken royale burger, only burger which has halal certificate, was mouth watering and very quick wait! Cheap and would recommend to anyone!

I asked for one simple thing. Piping hot burgers given it was late and had a way to drive. Received stone cold as they were just sitting on some luke warm rack for god knows how long. I specifically tried this Hungary’s due to the one at Richmond being a basket case. Not sure what clowns are running the show in the south/ West. I had previous Richmond complaint on deaf ears. I was going to throw it back at the useless idiot tho god knows what they do to it.

Efficient ordering of burger and quick production. There wasnt much of a queue and the burger came out warm, so I was happy

Only giving a star to comment on the woeful service and poor excuse coffee. Why ask me what size I want if I'm only gonna get 1/2 a cup anyway.

Well what can I say? Fast food of average quality and flavour. Serves an occasional need to fill a gap!

One burger was cold, the other was a very soft mushy bun and felt like it was sitting prepared for ages, nuggets were stale and one of our chips was missing. Only reason it's not one star is the polite service at the drive through

If your Hungry for burgers and chips and drinks and so forth and what not and so on go to Hungrys. Thank Jesus!

Still have no idea on cooking chips Either cooked in over used oil bulk of chips cold on bottom + hot on top For the price they are they are terrible I refuse to get chips now. Week after week same disappointment
