Terrible! No chargrilled flavour, the patties look like they've been cooked in a microwave.
The worst burger I think I've ever had!

Who always eat at hungry jacks, they can tell. It’s not the same every where. Good on you guys

I will change my rating if this issue could be addressed. My toastie had a considerable amount of charcoal covering both sides. Hoping it wasn't Teflon from the toastie machine. The staff were helpful to reorder another one, however the new one still had charcoal chunks all over it. Might be time to scrub the machine or get a new one.

P.s. The mocha was lovely.

Hungry Jack's have really gone downhill. Why don't they offer vegetarian wraps? Why have they ruined their fries? The whole franchise should close.

Although I like the burgers.their service is pretty avg. They never get our order right. Every single time theyve messed up.
The fries are so salty, its not even funny. I once called and told them and they dint seem to care.
Lastly the website is the least user friendly. They dont even have prices listed!
Makes you not wanna go there at all!

I ordered via Uber eats, and as my order was delivered by a bicycle, (a fair distance from pick up to drop off) the food was stone cold. Rather than deal with Uber, I drove to the store with the order. I received great recovery service (sorry can't remember the team members name). Food was replaced with many apologies. Great work.

Service was good but not enforcing covid 19 protocols customers not using qr code and not wearing masks. Staff not saying anything. Will not go again

I'm pretty sure that they charged us for extra drinks because they gave us 4 with our 2 meals (the 2 cokes plus what we'd changed the cokes to) but the girl said she'd just got confused with drive through.
I'd not got the receipt and didn't have time to insist she check, but it would have been nice if she had offered to check. I don't really trust the memory of someone who thought it was sensible that we had 4 drinks with 2 meals but also gave us drive throughs drinks
Never mind, everyone was cheery and we went through this drive through later that night and all staff were lovely again.

Great for a quick phone order, especially if you have the Hungry Jack's app with in app specials!

If you go please ask for the crew member Izaak, this crew member gave me the best customer experience I've ever had in a store 10/10 I will now come here more!

The burgers are better at Hungry Jacks- all of them! My favorite place to dine. Great, quick service!

In terms of good and bad hungry this lands right in the middle of the two it is pretty average to say the least if you want A whopper with the skin of onions yuk go here. However if you want a good soft serve packed too the brim go here

DISGUSTING.now I know why I rarely visit these joints, COLD chips, STALE burgers with pieces of tomato that shouldn't even be used! Drinks were great, friendly service.

I love Hungry Jack's because of the smell of the patties on the grill when you walk in, also onion rings! This one is usually pretty clean and also quick with their service. It is also within walking distance of my house.

And guess what? They still serve people face to face at Hungry Jack's, unlike that clown who forces you to use touch screens while staff behind the counter ignore you and focus on drive through and uber orders instead.

Very good service. Great tasting food. The chips were easy to eat and salted to perfection. The drink was perfect and not watered down at all. The burger was juicy and tasty with overflowing sauce that made my mouth water. Definitely will visit this place again in the future.

I am a regular customer, However company can potentially loss a customer if you keep that kind of unprofessional staff.

Friendly helpful staff & the usual playground for the kids. Not a poor choice for a quick family meal after spending a busy day in the city.

Where the HELL is the drivethrough entrance? Went around twice and couldnt find it for the life of me, better signage desperately needed.

Super disappointed, missing one thing every time, every time go home to open the food is very bad mood, is this how you cheat us of money? Are employees paid to doze off on the job? How about something as simple as packing food？
