Fast service friendly staff, hot food n fresh. I've been going to this hungry jacks every time I visited Adelaide since I was 6 years old

Always something wrong when ordering via drive through at this store. Either chips not salted (very common) or old chips, drink overflowed and all down side of cup - yet not a full drink, or just the wrong burger. 2 stars is being fairly generous imo. Atleast I got the right burger today.

Staff ignore you. First ordering panel didn't work so tried ordering at counter.no chance.was ignored by young lady kept her back to counter.other customer waiting said had been there for ages, would have been quicker to uber order! I went to another panel to order and was nearly done when my husband was asked for order by gent who seems in charge.he was working all areas of restaurant, coffee machine, food prep.
Seems like this jacks is relying on machine ordering only.

Love hungry jacks, but although I ordered a personalised burger it came out stone cold … super disappointing

I love Hungry Jack's because of the smell of the patties on the grill when you walk in, also onion rings!

I used to love coming to this one too, but they recently renovated it and took away the 1950s retro theme. Now it's the cold stale fake wood and steel tables with vynal "brick" decal walls.

Disappointed that they also installed touch screens, I was standing at the counter a good 5-6 mins not getting served. Out of frustration I used the screens, but I much rather the personal interaction, seems that you can only get that now if you use the drive-thru

Service was lovely, I was served with a smile. They also asked questions to make sure my order was correct. Which I thought was very nice? Food came fast and I have to wait too long. Thank you, Hungary Jack's

It can get quite busy here during lunch hour, as there is not many eating options around the area. Service is ok. Food is ok- when they are busy, they do not fill the chip box much- it almost looks half empty. Easy to get in and out of carpark. Place just looks a little old and tired. There is a play area for kids. There is also outdoor seating area where you can sit with your pet as well which is a plus.

My Burger actually looked like the burger on the screen and tasted good. Well done whoever made it

I was disappointed in the onion rings there was a thin strip of onion the rest was over cooked batter, this place use to be better than the other's. I bought the Jack fried chicken burger, with chips and onion rings. I had to wait for my order for 5 minutes I thought once you order the meals are prepared quickly, obviously that has to be looked into and I was unsatisfied.

Worst hungry jacks ever.chips were fried in 2010.beef looked like cow brains and was over cooked.bun soggy.the only comparison i can draw to describe the stacking of my cheeseburger is when you’ve worn out cheap ugg boots and your toes are curling over the sole.very disappointing.the kids and i will not be back!

Will always stop there if in the area as the food tastes fresh and the dinning area is clean.

This is what you get when you ask for a Pork Belly Deluxe without ONE, just ONE piece of patty instead of two…I mean, really?
This is disgraceful

Terrible service, rude condescending staff and slow. Waited 15-20 minutes for a coffee and a breakfast wrap.
Next time I want a quick breakfast I’ll go to an actual cafe, at least then my meal might even be warm then!

Used to stop at this branch in the 70's on my way to the beach,

Don't bother with a special order, they ignore them deliberately and hope you don't notice, happens 87% of the time, getting very tired of having to take it back regularly to be rectified. In future I will rectify the situation myself by shopping elsewhere. Bewildering service

considering everyone is struggling for business. Do better or suffer the consequences, doesn't happen at McDonald's
