The burgers aren't better at this hungry jacks. Slapped together like someone was angry. No care in presentation. Main north road near office works is worth the extra travel if you want hj's

Whoever is on the burger bench today must be in a foul mood. Ordered extra Mayo and my burger is completely drenched and i wouldn't call it edible.

AVOID AVOID AVOID - ABSOLUTELY VILE:

Disgusting swearing from employees can be heard from the restaurant area, derogatory comments made about a customers body size and they forget the order or take forever to make it and then once you get the order (FINALLY) it’s all falling apart in the box - DODGY. The female (?) serving with the pink hair and eye lashes is beyond rude as is the female (?) with the grey hair and purple eyebrows - serious training required at this dodgy place and hopefully it gets closed down since they took away the subway. Not coming back

High probability of getting the order wrong. As this has happened multiple times in the past at this location. When you get home you will realize that half of the order is missing. When I called to complain I spoke to a Rude, underpaid overworked manager who threatens to hang up without listing to the complain. Her point is not being a better manager and taking accountability for her poor leadership level by her people making mistakes but think that a disappointed customer will be happy by offering free food. Unfortunately we are not after free food. As an organization selecting the right leaders is the key to success.

The girl who took my order was lovely but if I was hoping for a hot burger by asking for it to be made fresh I was sadly disappointed. I wonder if this store relies on people being in a hurry and leaving before they check and realize that their food is unedible

The Lady called Nicole is the most rude person I’ve ever met. I wonder how hungry jack employ such staff. If she has a personal issues, she should not bring it to work, as it affects customers.

Great Whopper, hot and juicy, served quickly.
The staff are friendly and offer great service.
The restaurant area is very clean and tidy, well presented.
The public amenities are also clean and well maintained.
Wheelchair access and parking is available.
Located inside the BP service station complex, off the southern end of the Salisbury highway.

When the "flame grilled" place says sorry we can't do anything grilled at the moment but you can't have anything with a beef patty.you start to ask questions.

The night of the 47°C day (24 Jan '19) this place was packed! Obviously we ALL thought it was too hot to cook at hm. Thankyou to all the workers who actually braved the heat to go to work so we can have burgers! The staff worked their butts off while dealing with the heat too. 10/10 A+

Poor Service. The order female hard to understand.and the chips were COLD & OVER SALTED.let's say I will not be going to that. Hungry Jack's again.

I was just passing on the way back from the vet and was hot and thirsty. I ordered a mango slushy and a cheeseburger. I then drove off after eating them in a usually clean food store.

Fast food. Clean, tidy and good service. I asked for, and got, an off item menu and was not ripped off.read that Maccas.the food was hot and the drinks were cold.

Yummy food, friendly staff, close to Kilkenny and Port Roads, the pub and short walking distance from my house.

I am a usual HJ customer, but this experience is so disappointing that I am keeping my food aside to write this review. 14July2018 Lunch time 1: 30 pm. Staff very busy serving drive thru customers. Completely ignorant about instore customers. 23 min wait for a small chicken royale mini meal is bit too much! Needs more staff in peak hours and proper management.

I am over getting the wrong food. They keep giving me the wrong order. I can’t understand it should not be that hard. And when you do get the food it looks nothing like the pictures that you order from.

The food that I ate at 1 am on 27th may is the best ever quality food I ever ate in any hungry jacks. I just ordered 1 chicken royale and a large fries but so good. I appreciate the staff and manager who were there at midnight shift that day. I don’t know who had made the fries but they’re amazing to taste.god bless them. I wish I could expect the same kind of food in every HJ store. Kudos!

Food always good service was a little slow but it was busy with school kids that they were trying to rush to get all served

Ordered a breakfast with orange juice and the orange juice was watered down so much you could easyily mistake it for water with a orange infused flavor just not much.
Aweful response from the management as well

Purchased onion rings last night- definitely not recently cooked as it tasted dry and i was watching the staff grabbing it from another paper bag and tipping if into ours.

This is the most laziest HJ store in adelaide. Sat arvo i drove into the drive thru for just a whopper meal, took 20 mins waiting with no other cars behind me before i finally called out for someone. Got a rude staff member tell me my order was coming. I went round and parked my car and entered store to find 6 staff standing around watching 1 person cooking my fries and making my burger at the same time.if i was the regional manager id would have sacked everybody! 30 mins later i left without food and drove thru Kfc instead and was back on the road after 5 mins in the store.
