Excellent service from a guy called Archie. He was friendly, enthusiastic and polite. Actually looked like he enjoyed his job and was happy to be there. Best service ever from a fast food joint.

Worst of all hungry jacks. No cleanliness, Not at all professional employees. Don't know how to talk with a person. Very bad experience and will not recommend anyone to go there. Ruined my evening.

Ordered 3 meals, 2 were cold, took a bite out of one, and after i took two of the burgers back for being cold the same burger came back with the bite in it, and both burgers were still cold. I’ll end up going to maccas next time.

Every time I get my food, I never get what I ordered.the food quality is bad, is cold and soggy.

They say they have Barista coffee but they don't do decaffeinated? Pretty disappointing.

Visited the restaurant during a lunchtime rush. Only counted 4-5 employees working. Exceptional team, all worked together and independently (great job sharing team). Brilliant customer service demonstrated by this team, very impressed.

Ordered an Chicago Angus with no bacon meal. Burger was delish, fresh produce, perfectly moist and soft bun. Chips were fresh, crisp, hot and seasoned well. And drink had the perfect amount of ice. Thoroughly enjoyed my meal.

Facility was alil messy. The tables and/or floor could have had a broom/cloth go over it however considering the time of day, the number of employees, ill give them a pass.

Overall, very impressed with this team of youngin's. Giving mad prop's where due. Amazing work guys.

Ordered a chicago angus and a 2 other burgers and 2 coffees in drive thru. I got to the pick up window and was told that they were waiting on fresh onion rings for the burger and was told to wait out the front for the order. 12 minutes had passed and was srill waiting. So I went in and the angus had just been finished when I went in. Stood at the counter for 2 minutes before anyone noticed I was there. A chap finally came over and I told him how long I have been waiting, he said " we were waiting on a fresh angus". I got my order home to find the coffees were luke warm, my angus was bun was soggy and the bun was only half covering the patty, all scrunched up. It was then I realized, my burger doesnt have onion rings on it.so what was I actually waiting for. Woeful, will not return if I can help it. Suggest doing the same.

Fast service and burgers are good; however the fries are bland and need more salt. Service is terrible as staff did not look like they wanted to be there and almost looked annoyed (even though I was the only one in line and ordered a simple whopper meal). A smile and hello comes a long way!

Why so frustrated early morning at 7. The staff taking orders is shouting please stay home if you don't wanna serve. Keep your personal frustration upto you. Ruined my morning. Their service is getting worse. Felt disappointed

Been here couple time and always end up messing my meals.and they take too long for the orders.today I ordered angry whopper without tomato and mayo and they given me a normal whopper.

Went through at about 1230pm on the 30/11/22 and again on the 2/12. No idea what has happened with drive through but twice now I've only been getting "Yep" from the person on the speaker.

When I asked about this when I arrived at the window to pay I was told that saying "anything else" was considered rude and that they were told to start saying "yep" instead. Seems to only be this location though as the one at Parafield Airport and Ingle Farm is still asking if there is anything else.

Fries are stale, hard to chew (kinda like beef jerky) and cold though I only just got them. Storms are half empty (not including the giant hole through the centre with the way they swirl it around the side of the cup).

Extremely disappointed with the food. Burgers were dry, cold and the bread was burnt and stale. The chips were cold and burnt. Waited over 15 minutes for our meals. This is not the first time that has happened. Will definitely not go back there again. I thought it would have improved but obviously not.

The girl on drive through taking orders at 7: 30pm 18/11/22 needs training. Extremely rude, should be cooking not serving. Manners and customer service = zero stars.

Small store - part of a BP petrol station. Whoppers are my favourite fast food burger. Everything was good here. Just stopped in for a quick bite for lunch. Tried the new Baconator - was good. But the Whopper is still the best!

Very RUDE shift manager, her name SAHAR.
Very RUDE, UNPOLITE, UNPROFESSIONAL, filthy and DISGUSTING person.
Shift manager looks like a heavy drunk and she can’t serve her customers.

The worst one ever, need to wait for ages every time I go in and the people working there are rude too, especially the shift manager and will try to get her name next time, her shift 27/10/2022 at around 2: 00 PM.

Third time and the experience gets even worse.

Oinon rings we're dry and crusty basically no onion in them the burgers we had we're very cold and won't ever be coming back and the chips were soggy.

Burgers and chips really isn't great, much better off driving to Parafield Hungry Jacks that always has amazing and fresh food.

Staff look exhausted and not so happy most of the time, they turn into hounds looking for blood in the first instance of a mix up. Beware you're on thin ice ordering and getting your cheap food at this place also Good luck giving a feedback they are not interested. Same food same price but happy faces and more humane treatment at Parafield Hungry Jack's worth the 10 minute drive rather than this Angry all the time Jack's
