This place a shocker, worst hungry jacks in Adelaide. Customer Services is awful, delivery drivers are thieves, food is always soggy and wet.

Don't go to this hungry jacks you'll wait 30 minutes for a cold burger has happened 3 times in a row now

Worst Hungry Jacks in the area. Chips are always cold and food is always missing from the order. Sick and tired of Constantly going back in to collect the rest of my meal.

The purpose of ordering through uber, menulog etc is for the convenience of not having to leave the comfort of your own home for whatever reason. We pay for a service and expect the restaurant to get it right every single time but every single time you seem to stuff up. Always forgetting items or stuffing up the burger. This is the 2nd time in 2 weeks you have managed to stuff it up again. Not good enough hungry jacks the burgers are better at Maccas!

Just had a burger.
All burnt.
Have given 2 stars enjoy your stars.

Not to mention the staff being aggressive.

Went to HJs Mawson Lakes tonight-, two females on duty. Both rude, sarcastic argumentative and lazy. Shocking service not becoming of HJs.

I don’t normally write reviews but this place honestly seems like such a fun workplace, there’s these same two girls almost every weekend that i always see having fun even though there still working it makes me genuinely happy to see them having a laugh or sometimes they’re singing along to the music. They seem like they’re having fun and still manage to get my food handed to me quickly. I love it ️️

I do love a double whooper with cheese. The food also fills you up more than the obvious competitors.

Keep in mind, im an employee myself but do not work here.
I ordered two barbies, two chips and a frozen coke MIXED with raspberry (to which the employee asked if it was bursties and it was not because Hungry Jack's do not do raspberry bursties (they do strawberry) and another frozen coke MIXED with sour watermelon (to which the employee who took my order, mistakenly put through a frozen coke with sour watermelon bursties). Due to this, I corrected the employee and she put through what I wanted at the first window.
Upon approaching the second window, a white blonde chick who is the MANAGER; gave me the frozen coke with sour watermelon bursties. I told her i changed it in the previous window, and wanted frozen sour watermelon mixed with the frozen coke. She for some reason became aggressive and tried to gaslight me and say that "this is sour watermelon". No, thats sour watermelon BURSTIES.if i wanted BURSTIES, i would MENTION BURSTIES.
I work at hungry jack's. I know what im ordering. I told her, i want frozen sour watermelon mixed with it. She then walked off and made my drink in a half-arsed manner. Once my food had been given, i didnt bother to check if i had all my food-i didnt. They forgot my chips.
Overall, the worst experience ive had with Mawson Hungry Jack's. Poor customer service and tried to correct a customer who knew what they wanted.

I ordered a cheeseburger double large meal with no mustard or prickles add pork strips, but i got a cheeseburger double large meal which is not what i ordered, i waited 23 minutes and 34 seconds please fix your vending machine so the frozen apple juice can work no kind regards Candice x

I'd like to apologise to the two customers who's orders I had to cancel whilst picking up for Uber.
The way I was treated by a member of staff wasn't very pleasant and left me quite shocked. I do believe as delivery driver's we sometimes are treated differently to other customers. I used the word "other's" as we are customers too.

After I told the girl to put 12 chicken nuggets and my Online order together, she still forgot to give me the chicken nuggets.
So I have to drive 10 minutes to get them back. Thank you guys for wasting my time.

Here’s a little tiny and grumpy creature who supposedly is the manager, made us wait for at least 5 mins to get her mouth moving while staring at us, that was just the start, she was louder than any good loudspeaker while being rude as a bonus, coffees were cold and no sugar while asked for sugars she told us that we didn’t have good coffee before.
Asking food means asking her organs.
She definitely doesn’t wanna work there but she’s been forced to

Bought my children soft serve cones and they were so yellow and icy they wouldn't even eat them. We got frozen drinks and they were fine

Bacon on the burger was like rubber and had same amount of flavour. Chips were cold when I got them. Worst hungry jacks experience of my life. Do not recommend you go there ever!

Went through drive thru to purchase grilled chicken burger and they were unable to fulfill this at the time. Manager Sharon apologized and offered a tender crisp instead. Thank you for your great service

Generally good service, wait times are sometimes good, sometimes lengthy but very rarely do they honor changes to items, even when they are allergies. Have requested removal of things like "no egg" or "no bacon" and it simply isn't done, at least five times now. Fine service, but people with allergies beware.

Disgraceful, 31 minutes stuck in the drive through to get a Frozen Coke. When you finally get to the window, they try to give you the wrong order and have no record of yours. The shift manager needs to be sacked!

This is the WORST Hungr Jack's i've even been in my life! The drive-thru staff is so AWFUL and make a customer feel AWKWARD. They don't even have any idea about customer's orders! And laughing at customer too!
