Absolutely disgusting service 1st the girl brings out the meal does not know what one she has for us tells us it's spicy I say tge person can not eat spicy so you better check then she turns to say to me well I will check make a new one if its wrong if not we will just give it to you I asked for the manage he was just as rude I ask him his name I'm bow from ingle farm absulute disgrace if his staff are suppose to learn from this person

Ok place, but staff seemed a little clueless. Was better when the old manager Monique was in charge

One of the worst fastfood place I have been to. The burger i ordered looked like jail food. Sauce in one corner, lettuce was sitting in other corner, the patties was too thin and dint look like it was fried well and to top it all very unfriendly service. Well people might say its a fast food chain what do you expect but lets just say that it was the worst fast food restaurant I've been to.

I just went through and there’s this lovely girl who served us. Her name was Sarah and I loved her costumer service. She’s amazing!

Found bright blue MOLD in my food today after already eating some, when I returned it to get my money back he was very rude! He gave me my money back and said here is an ice cream to make up for it, when I opened the ice cream it was half gone I'm left wondering what he did to it because it did look like it had already been open

Thanks again for the lunch break today. Kids loved the outdoor play area. Very clean restaurant. Lovely staff.

Just went to do a drive thru order, just 4 sundaes. Took wayyyyy too long for it to actually be given to us and the stuff we ordered was really poorly made. Coco pops storm, about a teaspoon of cocopops, the chocolate sundaes, barely filled. Lets just be glad they didnt forget any of our order like they usually do. When we got given our food, no "sorry about the wait" or anything else nice
Kinda sad because i love HJ's. But tonights service was just bad.

Andrews Farm or Munno Para West Hungry Jacks depends on what side of the fence you are on is pretty good with getting the orders out quickly with no problems in the way of getting the order wrong, food has always been hot including the fries not like others where it's all luke warm or just un edible because it has gone cold from sitting around or it was the wrong order and sits there til someone buys it

This is one of my favourite Hungry Jack's. I go here a lot and the food is always warm and fries are generally fresh. Staff are accommodating of my weird orders as well.

15 minute wait in drive thru to get my order wrong 4 times within that time.
In organised and poorly run where staff members are too busy having a chat on tills too serve people.

Inconsistent at getting orders right, never seem to have Diet Coke anymore only Zero available, the drink machine for your free refill is "no longer in use". I almost always go to the newer one on Main North Road at Parafield they are much better.

Food is often warm when it should be hot. You MUST check any special order before you leave, as they will get it wrong half the time. I only go there when everything else is closed. Avoid if you can.

Foods disgusting, very poorly maintained place, tomatoes and lettuce been sitting around not fresh at all. Buns are stail and have been left out. Staff weren't friendly staff should understand even though you don't like your job doesn't mean you have to serve the customer sloppy. At the end of the day $20 for a meal is not cheap especially with the way my burgers were made

Recently felt like a junk food hit and chose this spot. Ordered plenty and all went down well. Joint is busy reguarly via the drive-through, so people must be on a good thing here.

Food is not bad but staff and service is terrible. Always check your order before leaving. They like to make mistakes and then laugh about it when you complain.

Not the best Hungry Jack's, the food always seems barely warm when I have been.
Got all the way home once and found I had the wrong order, no receipt to prove otherwise so didn't drive back.
