Hungry Jack's

The place is filthy. The staff are rude illmannered. Kids and there is always a long wait. And I mean LONG!

If there is an award for worst Hungry Jack this one must be in the running, do you ever get your drive through orders right.check your orders people before you leave, I know.most drive thought are the same but this one is a classic fail

Happy with the chicken burger I got. Very long slow moving line in the drive through at 11am on a Saturday.

Enjoyed veggie burger though not happy with recent change in menu and chicken items.also noticed there are no more angry Onions in menu.disappointed

They can't get orders correct. The playground was closed and half the restaurant was closed off. The burgers were cold but the fries were nice and fresh. They're still advertising their glasses but we were told they don't offer them anymore. A sold out sticker on the advertisement would have been a great idea.

Ordered 2 beef burgers meal deals, drove home to para hills and the burgers were cold, the onions are sliced to thickly, the chips were over cooked and the coke had too much syrup, why do I bother.

Paid $36.25 of my hard earned dollars for terrible drive thru service, 5 dry, stone cold burgers luke warm at best chips, mustard oozing out of burgers through wrapper. The burgers are NOT better at all. Disappointing! The staff have always been bad there

The food is alright, but the hygiene is poor. In drivethrue window u can see the mess on its floor, which nobody care to cleans.

Was really nice although the chips were a Lil cold and the warhead slushy wasn't sour hahaha

Staff don;t listen or care about your order, are argumentative when confronted about their errors.

Been there 3 times now and they seem to give the wrong orders every time!
Have spoken to them about it. They offered a few free meals.
I declined because I just want the right order like others who visit too!

Not a clean table in the whole restaurant waited 13 minutes for 3 sundaes was the only person left standing ar the counter no one asked what I was waiting for I only got my order because I asked what was going on. Very poor experience!

Service was a bit slow, but the staff seemed nice. The Restuarant and toilets were clean.

Ordered 45 bucks worth of un edible sloppy wet burgers tonight called management to be told that its impossible for the buns to be wet
Coating fell off the chicken as it was not cooked for long enough
Waited for 15 minutes in drive through to not even be pfferd qn apologies poor form hungy jacks!

Friendly staff, normally pretty fast service. Food is 90% of the time hot and fresh, sometimes fries are warm-cold but normally pretty good

Today, I had to wait for more than 45mins for my order at Hungry Jack's Ingle farm. Staff of this restaurant is extremely inefficient and unprofessional that I haven't seen in my entire lifetime. The restaurant manager refused to even talk to me when I wanted to make a complaint. Rather I was told that he has a bad night and he doesn't want to talk. I was asked to leave without being heard. Horrible to the worst extent possible. I don't know if it's the culture of Hungry Jack's as a whole. Would never ever recommend anyone to go to this restaurant. If anyone still wanna try.then good luck

Got our order wrong no sooner had I eaten the toasted ham, cheese & tomato sandwich about 10 mins later let's just say I'm glad the shops had toilets

Poor staff service, always long waiting time. If you are going there please try to avoid there and try elsewhere.

Always behind at peak meal times. Head of house was rude to another young man and unprofessional. Can barely serve customers that walk in

It’s breakfast time I waited 15mins to order and another 20mins in queue to get to pick up area ridiculous slow service
