It's always good for a quick stopover but not always very clean. Staff are great and very polite though.

I ordered from DoorDash, items were missing. When I called the store the manager was so rude that she wanted me to apply for refund from DoorDash and dint even have the audacity to ask sorry for their mistake.

Bread was fresh but did not taste like bread? More air than actual dough.
Clean and neat.

The Ultimate Double Whopper, and the Angry Whopper at this Hungry Jacks is a well-presented burger that is worth the price. Staff is polite and service is fast and efficient. Cleanliness is also a plus. Definitely worth the price.

Very rude service offered on New year's Day.arrogant service personnel at the service, when raised a question. Also Long waiting. Better try in another outlet.very rude

They never get order rite there so frustrating but the plus side finally got a real toy with kids meal not just crayon

Man this place. Staff don't ask if you need a drink tray for a few drinks and forget nuggets/sauces. Shakes my head. As well as way too much salt on the chips

Couldn't believe it. They were "out of" grilled chicken.but prepared enough to have printed notices on the menu board.

What a joke, I was given a mayonnaise burger at least 8 times the normal mayonnaise, no lettuce and 11 chips in my order and had to wait 5 minutes for order I was the only one at window and couldn’t see anyone in the restaurant, never again, would love to say this was the first disappointing visit, but it seems to be a regular occurrence

I always order my breakfast in advance on my way to work. But they never start my order until i reach there and I end up waiting an extra 10 minutes everytime, and get late for work! It's not a one-off experience and has happened atleast 5 times. Would not recommend ordering from here if you're on your way to work!

The drive thru smells very bad. You can breathe if you have a windows open.
I order late and i see the little lady how she make. I didn't get that late and I explained to her how bad was that late she make.
She said, don't tell what to do & she turn & left.

Very busy drive thru, long waits for orders within & seemed to be short staffed.
Food wasn't good unfortunately

Waited 20 minutes for a couple grilled chickens. Clearly none cares in there manager on his phone all other workers on their phones. Place is filthy 30 minute drive home to find out chicken was rubbery and tasted disgusting. The only good thing that came from here was the smell of weed as you walk in do your self a favour a steer clear from this hungry jacks at all costs

Waited 20 mins in the drive through after i paid and the food was not acceptable.the chips were cold and hard and the burgers were stone cold.absolutely disappointed especially when not even an apology from the staff who handed me the food.will never go back there again. NOT HAPPY.

Had a whopper fries and coke. The burger was juicy and just delicious, the fries yummy as well.

All Uber Eats drivers must have an insulated bag to pick up hot food from restaurants. Unfortunately this store wasn't policing lazy drivers picking up with no bag at my time of visit. I would be furious if this was my order as I would expect the store/driver to keep as hot as possible for as long as possible

I've said it once I'll say it again it's fast food restaurant, staff are the only difference here polite friendly efficient just as the global brand wants them to be.

Terrible wait time for a side order for 2.10 mins is a bit too long in the drive through. When only 2 cars are in front.

So slow eveytime the past 4 times had to wait 10 minutes if possible DONT COME HERE but the food was okay anyway

Absolutely disgusting burger got my drink wrong 25-minute lineup in drive-thru. I will be telling everyone I know not to go to this place an absolute disgrace
