Only reason I do to HJs these days is for their breakfast, everything else is too over priced as far as value for money.

Very rude staff. Went to drive through, but he asked me to wait in the bay. After 10 mins he came, while walking towards my car he was asking if I have ordered xyz burger bla bla, he was walking while speaking and spoke very fast. I thought it was my order and nodded yes. But when I looked at the pack it was wrong order. So I told him its not mine. He then snapped at me, with a very rude attitude told me, “when I asked you if you have ordered this, you said yes. Now you have touched it I cant give to that woman and I have to make it again” and he left.
I touched the paper bag only, but I understand the concern due to current situation.
How about a little politeness, little customer service. I didnt need to know whether he would need to make another package for the other woman or what, why was he making me feel it was all my fault and snapping at me about it. I understand its a stressful situation currently for everyone, but I could not understand him that time and was not intentionally trying to touch other people’s food. Anyways, I would probably choose another branch of hungry jacks from now on just to avoid rudeness as such. It didnt feel nice to be honest. He made me feel really sad.

Girl at the drive thru today. (wearing glasses) Around 5pm today Wednesday 29 may, was rude, abrupt and gave me such an exasperated look when I simply asked her for some sauce geeeeez!

Terrible service, the girl in the front and the manager is flirting with each other, I asked for a one peri peri and one avo wraps, gave both peri peri, and it's the worse warp I've eaten, don't even think about to go Darlington hungry jack.

This has been my local HJs for 5 years now. My hubby got informed last night he could not have what he wanted because they had no beef 'ready'. Ive got food poisoning 2x with a devil may care attitude to complaints that ensued. I now drive twice as far to get to the Noarlunga store.

Loved it - staff great - young lad who served us was most help full a polite-food fresh and tasty-thanks.

Its hit and miss, everytime we take the kids in there (dinner time), the stupid frozen coke machine is "on automatic defrost" it's a joke! Sometimes burgers are hot when we arrive home, sometimes stone cold, we live a 2 min car ride away!

Ordered chicken royale stunner meal, chicken nuggets for the first time taste burnt even though did nt look like it, think what they where cooked in not cleaned and chicken in burger dripping with fat or oil and two strips of lettuce on burger and ordered hash browns and receive it and if wanted had to wait, never had this sort of serve before, here, what's going on?

Heaven on earth.the moment i bit into my whopper with cheese i trembled with delight. 2 sum it up in one word hungry jacks darlington. PARADISE.

This specific store was very helpful in helping me choose what to eat for lunch as I did not want one burger or a specific meal and help me customise it

Burger is easily the best burger I have eaten and way past the quality and size of McDonald's or KFC

Slow service and not the most polite staff. Food was alright so overall it's not a terrible Hungry Jack's.

I love hungry jacks but 2 weeks ago after coming home from work I brought a cheese burger mini and had food poisoning that night. Haven’t really wanted to go back after that

Great value, will sell you super old chips and onion rings though. Also oversauce bbq cheeseburgers to a comical level.
