I saw a younger girl i heard her name as jodie or something? I am hard of hearing that is.she was absolutely yelling her head off at the staff and customers and being so rude at the counter.my cheeseburger had no pickles or tomato sauce…

Pipped into drive through for lunch. Waited in thr waiting bay for 8 minutes for a grilled chicken without the bun

I have contacted them several times about terrible experiences and have left an email address for them to contact me. So far haven’t heard anything back from them.

Had food poisoning from the food here once, always have our order wrong. Slow service and terrible training, which clearly comes from terrible management. Do better, it’s really not hard you work in fast food!

Good Burger but would have been nice to sit and enjoy my meal in peace, 6.55pm and the team member was packing up chairs and tables and making lots of noise and scraping chairs, ended up leaving, heard the manager tried to stop her but she still went on her way and did it anyway manager seemed to shrug her shoulders, total lack of respect by team member. Yes why pack down the dining room at 6.55pm.

They forgot half my meal and we had to drive through and wait another 40 minutes just to ask where the other half is they gave us a mean look and shove a bag in our face I will not be coming back here again like ever. And I know that it does take time because I work at hungry jacks hendon but still 40 minutes your joking.

They are disrespectful to customers. They made me wait for 15 min and talked to the supervisor there, a short haircut girl, he sounded very rude to me. Please if anyone from the company reading this, tell your supervisors and workers to be respectful and friendly. Thanks

Best and most “delisiosos” burgers in Australia, (because unfortunately I can’t find them in other countries). Don’t miss the opportunity to devour an Aussie whopper! The chips are a bit small in size and the mixed drinks (coke etc are the worst), but I feel generous today because of the burgers

It's late, about 145am, dead quiet in store and drive.i just finished work from a 9hour shift. I i ordered an angery whopper and received some other custom burger. That's not what I ordered or can eat chips cold and un salted wanted a coffee but the machine was "out of order" I really love wasting money here so I'll probably won't come back and l believe that there team needs training on the matter very upset and hunger.

Missing 3 out of 12 items again and the food was below average. It took 3 times to get my order correct on the drive through speaker. Then parts of my order missing. Poor experience.

If you have difficulty choosing between this and Maccas, go here. The food and environment is soooooo much better as well as the seating arrangements.

The service was quick and clean. The thin dry hamburger was saturated with mayonnaise, making the eating experience a very messy mono flavoured soggy experience. We were drawn by the enticing crisp looking adds with high anticipation. Disappointing

Wonderful Place, Wonderful Food, Wonderful Service and Wonderful Employees. Over all good place to go meet friends, have a good meal or just sit an relax for a while!

Tough location to get into and annoying drive thru but super convenient if going in the right direction and very fast food.

A seemingly simple order of 2 junior whoppers and two onion rings saw us wait 20 minutes in the waiting bay. When I went inside to see what was happening, the staff seemingly had litle interest in resolving the issue. Several minutes later they bought me out someone elses order, so back in I went. Once they got my order sorted, they tried to give me my now close to 25 minute old (cold) burgers, but luckily a supervisor overheard this and insisted on new burgers.
Staff did not even apologise. I'll definitely give this outlet a miss in future.

Manners need to be taught at this hungry jacks. But it doesnt help that the female supervisor is the one directing things.

If you're lucky you'll order when they are not busy. They can take forever for an order and forget food that you've ordered! I've experienced it 4 times! Under staffed at times would explain it! On the plus side they do cook the food on their menu, well!

Hungry Jack's Burgers, I enjoy for a quick meal. I would n't want to eat them all

the time, but I do prefer Hungry Jack's, if I'm in a hurry. The price is very reasonable

A regular lunch stop on the way back down the hill this HJ’s always gets my order spot on and have never had any issues. Great job!

Hungry Jacks have removed the Aussie Burger from the menu, they also always run out of the Hershey's chocolate pie. No reason for me to visit anymore. Plus they're very expensive these days.

I ordered the main burger, Chicago Angas with the pepper sauce, bacon and salad. When I opened the box it looked like a disaster, tasted like it had been microwaved, the pattie was overcooked and the bacon undercooked. It seriously did not look as good as the picture and certainly not worth the money I paid for it. I'd recommend going to a speciality burger restaurant instead of this low quality fast food rubbish.
